The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had plenty of toilet rolls and toiletries too. All of the apartment was modern and really clean. It had a large hallway ideal there were coat hooks. There was more than enough space in the hall for luggage, shoes etc. The living room was really warm and cosy.

Three of us were staying at the apartment but there was only one 2 seater sofa and a wooden chair to sit on. The bathroom door lock was slightly loose and couldn't be locked. I stayed in a bedroom that didn't appear to have any heating. I was actually happy with that because I prefer a cool bedroom, but other people may not like it.

Location was 5 mins from the quays and docks areas. The property itself is tucked behind a pub down an alley but has room for parking albeit limited. Easy walk back into the town centre however and great for the local bars and restaurants. Rooms themselves were really comfortable, comfy and nicely presented. Downstairs had a kitchen and lounge area with separate WC. Gas/electric hob and oven, fridge, MW and free tea/coffee, including decaf so a nice thought there given thats what I drink.

The TV signal needs sorting out. They appear to be streamed so the feeds are obviously not great as the pictures on most channels are hightly pixelated. Easy to sort if you know how.

The house is located right by Gloucester Quays. It was clean and cozy, and I was a big fan of the open kitchen. The beds were comfy, and it was a good experience overall.

The house was perfect but the keys needed to be collected from the nearby reception which was a bit of a walk, a lock box at the apartment would have been more convenient and a firestick would have been greatly appreciated as we had no way to watch movies on the TV except for live tv.

-better to replace the sofa in the living room -better to have two toilets -car parking area was too small, luckily we got car park lot on the street -the staircases to the first floor was a bit steep to elderly

The guy on reception/behind the bar was very helpful

Was booked in at Nelson by the docks , went to collect keys to find this place wasn’t available and we had been booked in next to the hotel , no lifts we are disabled ! Had to climb around 7 stairs :( a lot of drug users around the area but isn’t everywhere ! No check in email until the day after we arrived

Really nice flat with loads of space. Poor receptionist did very very well to handle my frustrations at having to wait around 30 minutes to get a flat with a balcony as per description of flat I originally booked (you need to change this on your website)

Mentioned balcony included which it didn't have but nice receptionist did her best to move me to a different flat. Had to take £250 deposit which you then get back later. Having seen the flat I can see why as it has been renovated to a very high standard so just covers them in case of damage but needs to be explained more.

We actually stayed in Friary House. Easy access to the city. Large apartment with a balcony. Excellent kitchen facilities. Very comfortable.

Despite being a beautifully newly renovated apartment there was damp in the bathroom, noticeable by the smell on entering the unit. Also our unit on the 3rd floor with no lift so 67 steps to gain access. No private parking. We parked (easily) round the corner in a council paid car park. The charges for this need to be updated on roomsbooked website as they’re no longer accurate. And be aware that although perking is free from 6pm for overnight fees start again at 7am. Very steep security deposit of £250

The facilities were very clean, and despite being located near a main road, it was very quiet.

The entrance was off the main road, so was not well lit. Installing a light would make it feel safer.

The apartment was nice, really clean and modern and value for money.

The noise from the road directly outside was quite bad until the small hours, Tv reception was very poor The bed was a small double and not very comfortable and that coupled with the noise from the road made sleeping quite difficult. Maybe some internal secondary glazing would be a good idea ?

The room we had originally booked was double booked so we were given a better room on the highstreet (Friary House) free of charge and the place was amazing with a balcony and nice view too. All the appliances and facilities were very new and looked really nice especially the double shower with a seat in it!

I have got nothing bad at all to say about this place.
