Great location for the Royal International Air Tattoo roughly 40min drive. Great solid full english buffet breakfast with juices/coffees and pastries/cereal. Good bar and restaurant area with nice selection of food and drinks options. Rooms are modern and clean and beds are very comfortable. Check in and out very quick and easy. Leisure facilities include a good pool and spa area but we didnt use these. Vending machine in reception is a handy tool and reasonable prices.

Squeaky floors in room were a bit annoying but not exactly an issue for us personally and the rooms were quite warm with no air con. Fans and open windows were ok as it wasnt too hot during our stay but can see it would be difficult if it was.

I booked an executive suite but was rather disappointed that except for the fridge it was no different to a double room when I’ve stayed before. It was advertised with bathrobe slippers and toiletries the staff told me that you had stopped doing this but it is still advertised on the website booking.com. I actually think I should be compensated for this and just charged as a standard double room . I think also you should have part of the steps to reception a ramp so it easier for people to wheel the suitcase up and down.

Me and my family were at an event that’s why we chose this hotel because it was 5 to 10 minutes away from where we needed to be by taxi. We were not disappointed with our choice. The facilities are brilliant this very cold Jacuzzi steam room sauna room and the people with total strangers, but was very friendly and I’ll talk to you about anything even though they did not know you. The stuff I don’t do enough to help you with really enjoyed our stay and would use again. Thank you.

The shops were a bit of a distance if you were walking, but it was a hot day, but that did not dampen our stay. It just made it more enjoyable going round and seeing things when we could.

Room was a good size and comfortable, especially the bed! We were glad to see a fan unit included in the room which was a life saver during the warm night. We enjoyed our tea in the restaurant and breakfast that was included in the price the next day. The pool was a fantastic feature that was included in the price.

Cards only with no option for cash was a bit disappointing. The doors weren't soft closing like they are in Premier Inns and so we could hear doors slamming late at night when trying to get to sleep. Needing to pay for parking as this is not included with the stay.

I do not usually stay in large hotels like this in England as I prefer B+Bs or small hotels of character. I was really impressed by the room, service and staff: who were really helpful. Everything worked and tea and coffee was welcome. Breakfast was good too.

The location was out of town with nothing of interest in easy walking distance. There is a bus service nearby which I found out later, after a very long walk into the city, looking for a pub meal as restaurent was closed at the time I wanted due to a function. Food was good but pricey. I was disappointed to have to pay full price for motorbike parking.

Nice location to visit easy commute to Gloucestershire and Cheltenham by car, the hotel room was quite large and the shower was very good, we had a relaxing sleep with a very good breakfast every morning, we had an evening meal on both days and it’s was very good and very hot, the room could do with a little update however overall it meet my expectations so no I had no complaints , ever member of staff was very friendly and polite, will I visit again.? yes excellent two day break,

I never like paying to park the car although it was only £5 per day so for two night accommodation in total it was £15 , as a paying guest I believe the car park should be free, very thing else was good,

The hotel was very good for a two day visit to Gloucester. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. We ate at the hotel for dinner and breakfast and enjoyed both meals. All of the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The spa was nice but at the time we went it was rather busy as children had just finished school. The hotel is out of the centre of Gloucester near Robinswood Country Park. Stopping for a walk at the park before arriving at the hotel was lovely. The park has a nice café with free parking and the view from the hill top, standing by the beacon, is fabulous. The next day was spent in Gloucester. Parking in Gloucester at The Quays multi storey carpark was easy and a great spot from which to begin a walk around the city. The cathedral was amazing and the centre of the city was lively. The shopping centre at the quays is excellent for those who want to include some retail therapy. A first time visit to Gloucester and it was a great choice for a mini break.

The hotel room furnishings would be considered a little tired by those who want ultra modern rooms. This wasn't an issue for us as the rooms were clean and comfortable with a great night's sleep.

This was the second time we had stayed at this hotel, yet again, they did not disappoint. Check-in was very straightforward, our room was very spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed We had an evening meal, which was very tasty from a very selective menu. Breakfast is buffet style, and there is a large selection to choose from, all of which is very well presented. You can't fault the staff, they're all very friendly and helpful...

I find it very hard to find or think of something that I didn't like, if I were to be picky It would be that everything is a card payment, there's no cash taken...

Staff were exceptional. Joanna, Remy, Nellie, Erin and others whom I didn't catch their name s. Morning breakfast lady was very good and helpful. Evening meal service could have been better.

Evening meal service could be improved. Staff not quite attentive enough. No where showing where you could sit outside in this warm weather. Although I did discover it myself but could do with making the area more pleasant. Ladies changing room for swim, gym etc had an awful smell. The floor smelled as though an old mop had been used.
