Everything about this accommodation is superb. So clean and comfortable with incredible attention to detail. Outside seating in a wonderful garden is there to be enjoyed if the weather allows. To have my classic car so safely parked beside the accommodation securely on site was very important for me. The microwave and fridge gave great flexibility for bringing in food to eat. Breakfast may or may not be available while building work is completed. If you have the option go for it. It is superb. The scrambled egg on toast and bacon bab were both heavenly. Super friendly and helpful owner and staff. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you so much for a super experience.

Nothing could be improved

Lovely breakfast, convenient location, lovely setting. Nice to have a fridge, microwave etc. The whole property was very clean and well kept with nice lawns, and an outdoor table and chairs outside each unit.

The bed could have been better and the chairs could have been more comfortable, but these are minor issues. We had a slight problem finding it because the Satnav took us to somewhere else, close by, with the name Hope Orchard. A What3Words location would have avoided confusion.

The room has everything you need. It even has a small fridge and microwave, so you are able to have some ready meals if you don’t feel like going out for dinner. It’s close to gloucester airport, so it’s perfect if you are their for flight training for a couple of days. The breakfast is excellent and brought to you your room. Prefect mix of giving attention and leaving you to yourself (privacy) by the hosts. Shops and petrol stations are nearby. Best place I have stayed at so far in the UK. It so much better and more comfortable than a hotel!

There wasn’t anything I did not like.

Hope Orchard is ideally located between Cheltenham and Gloucester with easy access via link roads to several counties. The grounds are beautiful and kept immaculately by the owner. It lends itself to alfresco dining should you wish and provides a tranquil atmosphere. There are extensive roadworks wherever you go at the moment but inside the premises we were not bothered by them or the busy road outside. Our rooms were quiet, we had everything we could possibly need and want during our stay, it was cleaned and tidied daily and fresh water, biscuits and a Ferraro Roche chocolate just added a certain pleasantness to our cuppa! We could wake when we wanted, we did not order breakfast during our stay, choosing to have a room only basis but I gather from others staying there the breakfast option is excellent too. Absolutely nothing not to like, we stayed for 7 nights and loved every minute of our stay.

The breakfast was really good. It was served in our room - could eat at our table outside but weather a bit nippy for us. Choice of breakfast was good & varied. Order breakfast by 10 pm on the night before & specify time for breakfast. Always came on time. They catered for my gluten free need. There was a fridge & microwave in room - so you could do a takeaway meal in evening if necessary. Lovely garden with table & chairs and swing hammock and benches. 2 pubs only 1 mile or so away. Friendly & helpful owners & professional owners.

They could have a plug near to a mirror for hairdryer/hair tongs/hair straightners etc.

Hope Orchard more than lived up to our expectations. Leroy and Sally made us feel very welcome and were always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and cleaned every day. The breakfast choices were good; the meal arrived on time; and the eggs were always superbly cooked. The grounds were attractive though the weather prevented us from enjoying them to the full. Plenty of parking space.

I am reluctant to say anything negative but it was difficult to get the towels dry from one day to the next; and the location of the TV was higher than ideal for us.

An absolute delight 😊 , the grounds to the room was exceptional. The host was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The lovely finishing touches were amazing, the bottles of water , biscuits.and the chocolates were an added bonus. It's was so clean and fresh. Lovely Shower hand wash and moisture cream. Even had sky. Will definitely be booking another stay.

There was nothing at all we did not like.

Location was perfect for the races, about 4 miles away via the back lanes. It was lovely and quiet with lovely views to the rear (M5 was someway in the distance) but across greed fields. Comfy Bed, nice ameneties, perfect for a quiet getaway.

Shower was a little temperamental, but i am knitpicking.

the venue was beyond our expectations. The room was modern and well laid out. The en suite and the walk in shower we enjoyed. The breakfast, selected from the menu the night before was brought to our room, on time, on a tray with a trestle which allowed 'breakfast on bed'. It was tasty and well presented by a cheerful staff member.

We only have positives on this visit. No further comment.

Good location to explore Cotwolds and Gloucestershire. Lovely hosts who were friendly and approachable. The room and surrounding areas in the property was extremely well maintained.

The bed could have been sturdier for better comfort. The springs squeaked almost every time I moved.
