The food was delicious, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was big and comfortable, the room was a nice size and very clean. They also offer 20% discount off all food and drinks if you eat there which I think is a great deal.

The waiter took out food order but missed off 1 meal, he read our order out so quickly that we didn't hear him. So my Husband and I had to eat at separate times by the time his dinner was brought to us. We also ordered another drink which we didn't receive by the time our taxi arrived, and it didn't seem as though the waiter had even remembered we had ordered it! I think that's an issue with that one member of staff though, as the other staff were fine.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable but the air con was being replaced, I understand,so not operative. Some rooms had fridges - mine did not - shame really but not a real issue. Rooms seemingly made-up late in the day. Mine was not made-up Friday night when I got back at 5pm although service was offered some 15 minutes later which, stripped for a shower, I refused. Breakfast choice was Full English - taken every day - great! Bar lounge at outside tables well presented, comfortable and clean.

For a 3* hotel, compared with another nationwide chain harping on about 'limitless brekky' there is no comparison - I will always look, now, for a Ramada when playing, as on this occasion, in croquet tournaments.

The hotel was renovated recently so everything was very clean and newish— the room, the bathroom, the carpets, the furniture. The room was also very spacious and all the furniture were well designed for their purpose. The bathroom is sparklingly clean. The buffet breakfast had all the choices you can imagine. The quality was not the best but decent. The breakfast room was also grand and bright, and comfortable. Overall we were very pleased ( we stayed for 3 nights) and pleasantly surprised because some of the reviews we read before we arrived were not so positive and we were worries. Now we felt they were a bit unfair ( or maybe they were before the hotel renovation?). Overall we are very happy, particularly given we stayed for 3 nights( to explore Cotswolds), it would be difficult if it’s not nice! Oh not to mention it’s a great value for money given its rate.

The staff could be a little more friendly when gusts arrived ( for example, have a little greeting before telling the gusts to register their car) But I could see they worked very hard and had long hours.

Breakfast was good value for money Room size was excellent, and two armchairs were supplied, unlike Premier Inn who expect one person to lie on the bed to watch television. 😠 There are bus stops right outside. 👍

If I was going to nit pick, I would pick up on the breakfast service. On both days we had breakfast there were problems with running out of bread, knives, mugs & butter, and there might have been other items that did not affect us. I suggest the person doing the meet & greet, who also ensures we have booked and paid, also keeps an eye on all the above mentioned items, plus the others that guests were heard asking for.

We were staying for just a single night, reviews weren't great but said place was clean & beds comfortable so we booked. However I was very pleased on arrival the building had been given a face lift and I was really pleased with our large tastefully decorated room. I loved the large wardrobe, the two arm chairs and the smart TV. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, I'd definitely stay again. Great value.

Breakfast - the food was fine but there was a shortage of crockery and food stuff wasn't always replenished. Tea and coffee were self service but there were no cups and tables were not being cleared so this is obviously a staffing issue. Breakfast is provided in a delightful room and could be a really pleasant experience. Bathroom was clean and usable but was looking a little worn compared to the bedroom area.

First time staying, nice place, had a ground floor room which was very spacious. Finally a big tv as well and not a postage stamp in the corner! Bed was comfy, plenty of cupboard space as well. Bathroom was a little small, but there was a bath, so not complaining on that. Quiet rooms, not too much overspill of noise, warm enough although the a/c wasn't working. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Staff got caught out at breakfast, too many people coming down at once with only one member of staff on, she got overwhelmed very quickly. Not her fault, it took over an hour to get breakfast, but I wasn't in a rush, so was happy to let her serve the less patient guests first. Could probably do with a better system, a meet and seat or something to take orders or maybe a buffet style if they know they are heavily booked. Some of the decor in the bar and corridors was a little tired and peeling, but the place was clean and tidy otherwise.

The location is very convenient for a short drive’s access to the town and also other nearby areas in the Cotswolds. The facilities are good with ample parking and good amenities including a gym. The breakfast was decent with hot and cold options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious.

Not much to dislike. Some minor observations - the hotel was perhaps a bit dated but clean, the spare bed/sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable as it had a thin mattress and you could hear noises from the corridor. The air conditioning was not working but there was a fan to use.

I travel to Cheltenham quite often for work and this is the best value hotel I have found so far. It has everything required for one night and my room rate included parking and breakfast. There is a nice restaurant where you can also eat in the bar area. The food I ordered (butter chicken!) was piping hot, delicious and very reasonably priced. My room was huge and included a bath which was nice on a cold night!

My room was a little cold when I arrived (although I am one of those people who is always cold!) The heater was set to 17 so I turned it up and by the time I got back from the restaurant the room had warmed up. The bathroom floor is really cold! It would be great if some spa style slippers could be provided! The plug sockets are far away from the bed. I managed to charge mine next to the bed by using a long lead attached to a laptop (a long lead only wouldn't be enough!)

I liked how polite, helpful and friendly all the staff were. The rooms themselves were very comfortable and the location is good for popping out if needed. A big bonus was it having a bath tub. A lot of accommodations don't have these. The breakfast was abundant and I liked the option of light or heavier full breakfast available too. We were full and couldn't finish it all!

The breakfast ordering. The food and staff were great. The timing and order of food being brought to us could've been better. It seemed there weren't enough staff and they didn't have a system in place to manage everyone's orders in the way they were received. So it made guests upset, causing some to be rude in their understandable frustration. Although, the staff did well to maintain their manners and composure under the pressure. Management might want to consider supporting the staff by having more available to manage the demand of guests, and a system in place to deliver the breakfasts in a more orderly fashion.

We had a great, comfortable and memorable stay at this hotel during our short, one night visit to Cotswolds. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. Check in was smooth under 2 mins. Room sizes are big with all usual amenities including kettle and tea, coffee. We had dinner served in the room. The portion sizes are really generous and food was cooked to perfection. The breakfast it's buffet with many options including hot freshly cooked full English, and multiple continental options like fruits, cereals, pastries etc.

There was no phone in the room, and even the manu card didn't have a phone number to order, so we had to find the hotels phone number from Google and order room service via that number
