Very nice owners and extremely helpful and accommodating. Great location and good views from the rooms. Breakfast was simple, but good and filling. Large, clean room, nice balcony. Quiet.

The room, while nice, was not very well appointed, especially considering its size, there was a lot of unused open area. The couch was far too small, barely large enough for 2 people to squeeze into. A room that size should have a larger couch, several chairs, and a desk. Aloso, odd choices on where money was spent, as an example, the floors and wall were all tiled in marble, but there were no hooks to hang towels from to dry.

We had the best time at Limestone view homestay! First off, the location is great in between Trang An and Tam Coc. We went to both places by bike. Really nice scenery! The homestay is very comfortable with big rooms. The pool was great after biking in the warm weather. The breakfast is the best with homemade pancakes and loads of fresh fruit and fresh pressed juice. But what made this place extremely special were the owners. Dzung and Dęp are really great host. They gave us a lot of information about the area and they are the sweetest couple. Thank you very much Dzung and Dep!

Everything is perfect!

Dzung and his wife are probably the kindest, warmest and liveliest hosts in the whole of Vietnam. In addition to everything they did to make us feel comfortable, Dzung brought me a new bike when I got a flat tire and his wife brought me back a piece of jewellery I had forgotten in the room, all the way to the bus station in a pouring rain. The room was very very clean, we were provided fresh towels at mid stay and used the laundry service (30.000 VND/kg). Our family room was very spacious with beautiful marbled walls and floors, big confortable beds and efficient AC and fan. We particularly appreciated the beautiful views from our room and the common areas as well as the refreshing roof top swimming pool. The homestay is ideally located, it is easy to bike to every places of interest and the neighbourhood is in a quieter area than the hyper touristy Tam Coc. Dzung gives great advice on what to visit and when and gave us good recommendations of restaurants that serve local food. Breakfast is great, we had Dzung’s wife delicious banana pancakes on the first day then Vietnamese food twice –always served with fresh juice and fruits. Thanks again Dzung & family for this unforgettable stay. Moving to our next location felt like leaving family!

A lovely homestay. The host Dzung is so welcoming and his family (who help with running the homestay) are so sweet. When I arrived Dzung talked me through an itinerary for my stay there and what I could realistically do in the time I had, which was super helpful to get my bearings. I ended up going to Trang An boat tour and Hang Mua viewpoint, which were both a short bicycle (which you can borrow from Dzung) ride away. The view from my room was truly stunning, and the room itself was massive and clean. Being marble really helps keep things cool too. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious. Bear in mind that this is a quieter area, so take that into account if you want to be in the centre of nightlife (though you can get a Grab pretty easily if you just want to drop in one night).

In a word, everything. The homestay is located in a quiet part of Ninh Binh that’s very walkable and there are plenty of good local restaurants very close by. The views from the 3rd floor dining area and rooftop deck and pool are spectacular and we loved spending time up there taking in the sites. The host, Dzung, and his family were so welcoming and hospitable doing everything from cooking delicious breakfast to just saying a friendly hello or goodbye when coming or going from the property. Dzung provided great recommendations for how to best see the different tourist sites in the area, where to get a good local meal, and even suggested a lovely biking route through the rice fields one evening. Providing bikes as well! We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have spent more time there!

This property was in an excellent location. We were able to bike (bicycles provided by host) to Trang An and Tam Coc very easily. We also got a real feel for the local area being able to ride around the rice fields and little towns. There are some restaurants nearby in walking distance to enjoy local cuisine. Our host was fabulous. He was very responsive ahead of our stay helping to arrange transportation. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable with things in the area. We had delicious breakfasts prepared by our hostess banana pancakes with local honey and traditional Vietnamese pork and rice dish, which were served in a room with beautiful views of the limestone karsts.

Everything, from the delicious breakfast to the cozy room with a massive bed, large windows overlooking the surrounding mountains, and marble tiles, was perfect. The homestay is located in a peaceful area, just outside Ninh Binh, 3–4 km from Hoa Lu ancient town. It’s easily accessible by taxi, bike, or scooter (they provide bikes at the homestay). The area is stunning, with many great spots to explore just a few kilometers away. And, of course, Mr. Dung and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming, even inviting us to dinner on New Year’s Eve. If we ever return to Ninh Binh, we’ll stay here again!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Limestone View Homestay. It had beautiful views and a modern room that was very clean with very comfortable furnishings. The location was great, within walking distance to the Trang An boat ride (which we did 3x) and Mua Cave. Restaurants in town were less than a 10 minute walk. Rooms had excellent noise insulation and was very quiet. The best part of our stay, however, was meeting the owner, Dzung. He was a super wonderful host from the initial greeting to when we said goodbye. We loved his friendly and funny personality. He was able to recommend activities and help with transportation. His wife made fantastic home made breakfasts. We can’t say enough how wonderful Dzung was and how much we loved staying at his vacation rental. We highly recommend this place and will for sure return when we are in the Nihn Bihn area!!

Oh my goodness, this place is absolutely incredible! The host and his lovely family at Limestone View Homestay are absolutely top-notch. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay with them is absolutely unforgettable. They communicate so well, and the property is simply fantastic. The host is incredibly knowledgeable and gave us the best insights into the area. He recommended so many amazing restaurants, tourist attractions, and even gave us a glimpse into the local way of life in Ninh Binh. It was an absolute delight!

The property is located in an absolutely fantastic location - close to Ninh Binh, Tam Coc as well as Trang An, while overlooking a beautiful limestone. Dzung and his family were fantastic hosts to us, helping us airport transfer, scooter rental and stayed in constant communication with us through Whatsapp. Every morning we were treated to some amazing coffee that came with delicious banana pancakes with lychee honey and a fruit serving. The swimming pool was quiet and overlooking the whole city. We would be absolutely glad to come back.
