A very nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the power shower was great. The WiFi had a strong connection. The staff were very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I’d stay here again.

The only way to contact reception was through a live chat via a QR code, but this didn’t work. The hotel was split across 2 buildings, so I had to leave the building to go to reception if I had any questions. The room was clean but it was still dusty in some areas; the light switches and radiators.

This hotel is in a great location - close to the train station and on the edge of the old town. It was easy to walk from the hotel to all the touristy places in Bruges. The room was small but big enough for me. It was in the roof and so only had windows in the roof - I had to stand on tiptoes to see the amazing view across the rooftops. The bed was bigger than I was expecting - the mattress and pillows were comfortable enough. I could control the heating and the windows can be opened. The bathroom was spacious. The staff were super friendly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Just a minor point, but it would be better to have a shower than a bath. There was a handheld shower. Although not a problem for me, there is a steep staircase to reach the rooms on the top floor (the lift only goes up to the third floor). Just something to bear in mind for anyone who might find stairs difficult.

Location: my good annex room was situated in a quiet side street behind the 3* hotel. The street proved invaluable as a great shortcut to one of the two main shopping/Christmas market streets! The staff were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was relaxed in a well-furnished and roomy breakfast area.

It rained so much: a poncho purchase helped! The annex entrance has an old building smell, which the hotel can’t help, but not in my room. Otherwise I liked the hotel. I usually stay 4*.

It’s located in a central part of the city, still not in the centre itself so it is quiet. Only 5-10 Minutes from main attractions. A lot of cafés and restaurants near by. A big central parking lot 2 min. away for 15€/24h. We stayed in a building 2 streets away from the main hotel building and lobby. The stairs are narrow and it is tricky with a lot of luggage, but other than that it was pretty decent. The room was small, had a big comfortable bed with a lot of cushions, a wardrobe, a safe, a TV, a small desk with a chair and a small shared balcony. The bathroom was small, but clean. The staff was friendly, although we didn’t interact as much. It was cold and the heating was on so it was quite warm, wich we enjoyed, but it may be too much for some. All in all you get a feeling you’re staying at a friends house in the city, which I liked.

The balcony doesn’t have a roof so it was wet when raining. It is shared with 2 other rooms so you can’t leave the door open at night because of security reasons. The balcony chairs were old and almost broken. The breakfast isn’t included for the cheaper rooms. It can get very hot because of the heating in winter. One of our “fresh clean” towels was stained with red lipstick, which was disgusting.. The sheets were okay, but cleanliness could be improved.

I absolutely liked the treatment I got at the place, they welcomed me well and even upgraded my room for free. The room was cleaned daily and the facilities and everything seemed and felt clean. The wifi worked well, and it got hot water and every other essential thing I needed in the room (the working hair dryer and everything). As a woman traveling alone, I liked the facility and felt safe during my travel there.

The location is said to be very central. While this is true and it is indeed so close to the station, it's not a walkable distance. I know from the map it seems so but I tried to walk from the station to the hotel and it is not walkable. You are literally trying to walk where it connects with the busy road without lights and it doesn't work. I recommend taking the bus or the taxi (it cost me 10 euros).

the room needs updating floor was lifting wallpaper hanging off and bed was comfortable but asked for a double bed what i got was 2 singles pushed together with an extra thick mattress topper so u slid in the middle but I carnt falut the location. there was a young male on reception when arrived he was not helpful and rude but a blond lady and older male that where very nice

Excellent location- 15 mins walk from station, nice restaurants round about.and only 10 mins.walk.from.the main square. We stayed in the triple.room which was in the attic floor. It was really large, ideal for 2.parents sharing with their teenager. All 3 of us found the beds and pillows very comfortable and slept.very well during our stay.

Although the room had a fridge it would have been nice to also have a kettle and tea/coffee.

Liked the location being so close to the main square. It was also very helpful to have baggage storage after we checked out so we could keep exploring the city before catching a bus to our next location. Area was relatively quiet and felt safe.

The room was a bit tired and needed a floor sweep when we arrived. Fridge didn’t seem to want to cool. Not the end of the world though.

Located on the edge of the old town near many restaurants and shops. Parking for motorbike was accommodated just outside with no hassle as some report Bruge is not motorbike friendly. As early in May restaurant was not open at night but staff recommended another just 2 mins. away which was excellent. Room was clean with modern decor and bathroom.
