We were able to just be left alone once that door was shut. Other than the normal noises echoing up and down the hallways it was quiet.

The flag pole made A LOT of racket all day and all night. How far tucked back into that dead end it is located. That made it a little difficult for my mother in law to find us or get back out to some main roads she knew. On their website it said that breakfast was served every morning but found out that they no longer offer breakfast. And the bed in my room was extremely squeaky.

The place was super comfortable. I didn't expect a whole desk area and a dishwasher and dishes in the cupboard and microwave. Everything was really clean, the bed was very comfortable. I felt safe there. The front desk person helped me a lot when I couldn't get the dishwasher to work. Bathroom was clean, towels comfy, plenty of hot water. Besides a couple who were fighting with each other down the hallway, which is not the fault of the hotel, I loved every minute. Just what I needed. Plenty of parking. Overall I recommend this place.

Overall value was decent. The room included a basic kitchen setup that included a coffee maker, stove, and fridge. Good pricing. Website gave an accurate read of the place.

There was a sign labelled "Breakfast Room" which made me think there would be breakfast even though I knew from the website there wasn't. I would just hope that they would either take the sign down or start offering breakfast again.

Very friendly staff, always willing to go above and beyond to help. Spacious, clean and very nicely decorated rooms, big L shaped desk suitable for work and dining. Big closet and drawers to store clothes and personal belongings.

When I went to do laundry I couldn’t use the washing machines because they were all taken by other guests who had left their clothes unattended.

Halle at the front desk went above and beyond when I checked in. It was 5 pm, but cleaning staff had not shown up that day, and my room was not yet clean. Halle left the front desk and spent 15 minutes prepping my room. She also was helpful in locating the elevator, as my room was on the 2nd floor, and I have a bad knee which makes doing steps difficult.

Put up a sign on the EXIT door that also indicates the elevator is tucked around the corner - you cannot see the elevator as you walk down the hall.

I I like that it had a kitchen and it was clean comfortable and something like a home right now I'm homeless and I'm looking for a home and I would love to continue to stay until I find my home the beds are comfortable in the workers were nice

I like the fact that we have to use credit cards we should be able to use cash also and just probably a change machine for the laundry other than that everything was wonderful

Clean room, comfy bed, hot water. Room had all the comforts of home. Coffeemaker, toaster, fridge, microwave, pots, pans, dinnerware. Coffee was available in the mornings. Maybe you can start offering something to go with it, i.e. donuts, muffins? Maybe install a vending machine in the coffee room?

the check in process was very fast and efficient. The lady from the desk was very helpful and nice answering my questions.

It was very convenient to have a refrigerator and a kitchen basically right in the room. Cook top plus microwave and dishwasher. Room had a lot of space. I liked the that shower curtain rod that bowed out for more space. Everything was visually clean. The room served my purpose and it was adequate for my needs. If I was staying long term for work this room could work though I might ask to check out another rooms to compare for differences.

TV remote was caked with grime, I had to use several lysol wipes on it before it was clean. The TV was a little small to see for the distance from the bed. The bed was a little lumpy. The alarm on the bedside table went off at 5am I hadn’t set it. Some of the furniture appeared like it may have been pulled out of a dumpster, don't get me wrong it's great to reuse and recycle but maybe paint, stain or redo the upholstery for a better presentation. None of these issues would prevent me from stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Kitchenette was nice to have and the room was fairly clean. The bed was comfortable
