Quiet, clean and comfortable location for the overnight stay. Much better than staying in a hotel room. Close to all amenities, well presented with everything you would need for an extended stay. Good Wifi and well equipped apartment.

Communication with lock box code was not provided until one hour before check in was a concern as the property had not been used by us in the past and travelling on a Sunday there was a worry that if no information was forthcoming we might be at the property with no way to get in. Earlier communications making the timeline clearer would have helped.

Proximity to the train station and bus stops. The shopping mall was very close by as well for food items etc. The apartment was clean, well furnished and comfortable. We had no issue collecting the keys as per the directions in the email sent by the management company.

It wasnt clear (no notices or instructions) on how to put the heating on so when we arrived the first evening we were quite cold. I rang the Firoz Management company office the following morning and spoke to a very helpful lady who talked us through how to turn the heating on. We found though that it took quite a while for the heat to come through in the radiators, and when it did, the radiators did not get that warm. However, the weather wasnt that cold so we were ok but it might be an issue if someone was staying in the apartment in very cold weather.

Nice and clean and comfortable. Spacious bedrooms snd bathrooms.

There weren't any details about setting or adjusting the heating and boiler so we didn't have hot water in the morning. We did manage to sort it out though.

They tried to take my deposit twice and when we advised them that there was no remote for the TV we didn't hear from them for the two day duration we were staying

Property is well located within easy walking distance of the town center, and also close to the main ring road in Basingstoke so getting about is good. Key pickup was simple, and support from the managing company via phone was good.

The apartment is generally a bit flimsy. A lot of the fixtures and fittings are quite cheaply put together, and also a lot of the furniture doesn't seem very solid. By far the biggest issue though was the curtains. They were so thin and light, that they didn't block out any light. So by 05:00 the bedrooms were completely flooded with sunlight. Not good if you want to have any kind of sleep.

The location and secure.

It was tired. Beds were uncomfortable, so we didn’t get a good nights sleep. Sofas and blinds need replacing. The office block opposite could see in.

Process of authorising damage deposit was very confusing and didn't work despite multiple emails. In the end I had to call the service agent to get the deposit authorised against my card and receive joining instructions at the last minute. The apartment had badly stained carpets, broken kitchen appliances and a clapped-out sofa suite. This meant I had to take photos and email them to the service agent to prove the apartment state
