Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The views were great! Loved the bird calls and enjoyed the lambs and chickens- a real taste of country so close to Perth! The room we had was spacious well appointed and spotless. Although a little dated it added to the country-look charm.

If we were there for a longer period we would have liked to be offered the option of having breakfast as not so relaxing having to go out in search for a nearby cafe to have breakfast.

Easy to book. Bed was comfy came with amenities like fridge, coffee, tea, milk. Showers were great clean and spacious. The common area looked good too but we didnt use it.

Decor slightly dated, but the look they're going for. Tvs could be upgraded for better quality and bigger, especially for rainy nights in always nice to be cozy indoors. Tiles were cold, possibly rugs to keep room warmer

Well equipped and perfect place to enjoy with kids. Nice views and very neat and tidy. Surrounded by nature makes it more awesome place to be

Cannot drive the car close to the room as it wud have made it easy to unload/ load things

We loved our little getaway at Lakeside lodge. Positive criticism would be to provide more details of where to go and eat locally (as we struggled to get phone reception) so couldn't use google maps. Overall though a lovely stay and so peaceful. Highly recommeded

Lakeview lodge is the most quiet and peaceful place you could ever stay the owner Peter is an excellent host who provides a wonderful place to stay highly recommended anyone who wants an excellent room with great views and a laid back atmosphere to stay

A great location for a weekend escape from the city. Close to Noble Falls, Mundaring Weir and the Swan Valley. Animals at the premises added another level of enjoyment.

It appeared from the advertising that the accomodation was stand alone, however it was a wing of the main house. It didn’t change the experience but was unexpected

The property was nice, the big windows in the room were great, the room was quaint and charming

Unfortunately the lake wasn't full and we also couldn't access it because of fencing

The place has a beautiful vibe, and the room we stayed was greatly designed in old school style with little balcony and the view to the field and lake
