Location -10/10 Litterly right next to the boat station and the bus and the gabdula, you walk no more then 2 min. Hotel view- wow. Right on the lake. Beautiful and charming hotel. Staff was super friendly! Helped us with every request. Definitely recommend.

If I knew there was no AC I would probably wouldn’t book it. I’m glad I didn’t see. It was perfect. Slept with the door open it was nice cold breeze at night. Definitely recommend to add more fans on summer season. Other than that. Perfect stay.

The staff who checked us in were so friendly and helpful, booked dinner at restaurant for us, translated the menu, Our corner room had a superb view of the lake and book landing. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was in an awesome area that looked out over the lake and was gorgeous. The out door seating for the restaurant was great. Surrounded by lovely areas to walk. Again the staff were some of the most helpful and friendly of out trip. It was just yard from the boat dock and Mt Rigi cogwheel train. Great breakfast variety and menu for dinner.

The hotel sits on Lake Luzern and has gorgeous views. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast every morning was a delight. It is very charming.

It needs some updating and fixing up. Nothing horrible but little things that would make a big difference. One example, being able to open the windows and keep them open. Also the Rollladen would not stay down. Would be helpful to have a mini-fridge in the room.

Amazing location and beautiful views from the room which made up for the small room size. I think other rooms for the same price are bigger but the view was more important to us. I wanted to wake up and see the mountains and water as I opened my eyes and that’s what I got. Absolutely stunning! The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating with any requests. The staff are definitely what makes up for some of the lacks in the hotel. From reception to laundry/ cleaning and restaurant - all really lovely, helpful people who go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Additionally, the food at the restaurant was exceptional as were the staff( but I already noted this).

Both my partner and I kept bumping into the bed frame as there was only a small gap between the balcony door and bed frame- we counted and I have 6 bruises, 2 of which are large and painful. Definitely wouldn’t recommend room 205 for an older person with more fragile bones for this reason alone. It was very hot and stuffy at night, so a fan would be helpful to keep cool and help sleep thorough the night. We did have the balcony door opened but even with ear plugs you will get awoken due to the hotel being positioned near the ferry and tram stations. A fan for the rooms with windows facing the ferry/tram would make the stay more comfortable.

Nice staff with great comunication and willingness to help. Great view on the lake from all the places: breakfest restarant, room ,terrase. Few meters away from boat and funicular stations

Room has not even kettle inside. It is awailable downstairs only. Prices for cofee/tea/wine are incredibly high. Better not forget to buy staff in supermarket. Parking on site is very limited

The hotel is lovely and in an amazing location. The lake boats stop is just next to the hotel and the train up to Mount Rigi is less than a minutes walk away. The staff were very helpful both in the hotel and at the tourist office next to the train stop. The views over the lake are stunning. The hotel provide a visitor pass for your stay, which includes free transport around Lake Lucene.

The staff was super welcoming and always eager to answer questions and give tips. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and is perfectly located (next to the lake, to the boat and train station and has parking possibilities). It also has a nice restaurant (with a cool terrace on the lake).

The breakfast was a bit simple but I guess ok for a 3* :)

Shower was a bit small but it’s a historical hotel so I get it, also didn’t like that guests smoked on the balcony, it was warm and we had to shut the windows due to the smell.

The location of the hotel is perfect with lake views. The staff were helpful and friendly and accommodated us when we asked to change rooms to one nearer the lake. Breakfast was fine and the special dinner we had for Swiss National Day was very good. Our bed was large and very comfortable.
