Beautiful place, fabulous views of the port and sea from the room. Staff really friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Lovely room and bathroom, modern and very clean. Very good location, only a few minutes walk from Split Rivera and old town. 10 minutes walk from a lovely beach.

We loved having a room with a view over the harbor. The room was not large, but it was very comfortable. The View is just a short, two-block walk from the Riva promenade and Diocletian Palace. Tony was exceptionally helpful, especially with parking. He provided a discount for parking in the lot that was just a block away, and he met us there when we arrived and when we left. The breakfast was delicious too!

If you are driving, be aware that you will need to carry/push your suitcases up a small incline, across a street and up some steps to reach the entrance to the hotel. Not really a problem for us, but you may want to find a way to drop off your luggage before parking.

There are no words to describe how amazing this place from the design location staff etc top place highly recommend would certainly stay again! The staff was super helpful friendly and accommodating. We had a few early morning starts they did not want us to miss out on breakfast without asking prepared meals packs for us!

Nothing to fault

We loved our view and the spaciousness/ cleanliness of our room. Breakfast was wonderful! It was an easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Your staff was so helpful and a concierge stayed late to make sure our large party got checked in. Thank you for a wonderful stay for our extended family during my son's wedding. 😊

We stayed at The View Luxury Rooms for five days and had a very pleasant experience. While the hotel doesn't have a grand or luxurious design, it offers excellent value for money and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the Split bus station, local restaurants, all major sightseeing spots, the Riva Promenade, and meeting points for local tours. Everything is within easy walking distance. Our room was clean, bright, and spacious, with a row of windows offering a lovely view of Split town and the bay. Breakfast is served on the ground floor with friendly service and a menu that offers plenty of variety. I especially want to thank the two receptionists, Toni and Kristina. They were warm, approachable, and very helpful. One morning I mentioned to Kristina that a bathroom downlight had gone out, and by the time we returned in the evening, Toni told us the handyman had already fixed it. We also had two early tour departures and asked Kristina if breakfast boxes could be prepared. The night before the tours, Toni had them ready for us and reminded us to store them in the fridge. They treated us not just as guests, but like friends—caring and thoughtful, which made our stay feel warm and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt completely at ease. Highly recommended!

Lication was great, 10 minutes to the bus station, 10 minutes to the old town - everything was at hand. Loved the view from the room and croissants at the breakfast. Very friendly and helpful survice desk team.

it was hard to dry clothes after swimming

The front desk person, Tony, was very helpful and informative. He helped me check in early and answered all of my questions regarding Split. The Hotel was really nice and had an amazing view. It is really close to all the action of Split Croatia. This a small, boutique hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom/sink was very clean with lots of space to put stuff.

There was a bunch of dirt stains on the wall. I was able to wipe off some of it off to see if was permanent. It came off easily. I think the cleaners need to look at the walls to make sure they do not have gunk on them.

The place was amazing. The room was big, nice view, very good equipment in them. The breakfast was very good with a nice view too. But the best was the staff. The people from the reception, the cleaners and all the team was very nice and helpful. Another thing, the location of the hotel is perfect, close to everything. If you go to Split, this is the place to go!

The View is part of a large building and they occupy 2 floors near the top of the building which overlook the harbour. There was a conceirge at floor level and Level 8 - both could not have been more helpful and friendly. There is a restaurant/bar at floor level which again was lovely and had great staff. We arrived late and this was no problem for The View. The conceirge on Floor 8 when to great lengths to give us recommendations to visit like the changing of the guard at midday etc. It really does have a great view! Great location - 6 minute walk from promenade, market and city centre. Very Quiet because you are so high up! Alot of people we met were disappointed with hotels within the city as they were very noisey from the various restaurants and bars. You certainly did not have this problem from The View.
