The facilities is excellent and clean

Room privacy, the room entrance door should not be able to open after it's locked from inside. The company that installed the door lock should be able to reprogram it so that nobody should not be able to open from outside after being locked from inside.

There is a good sized balcony with a great view, but there is no furniture on the balcony so it can't be enjoyed so much

Short distance to the sea. Beautiful beaches and great hiking opportunities. Comfortable beds, new and fresh, nice pool area.

Much too slow with room cleaning, no hooks to hang bathrobes, towels, etc. We used the bathrobes on the first day and never received new ones.

Property is clean, staff was great, breakfast was amazing.

Being a new hotel it’s not on Google maps. Uber was a bit of a challenge.

Beautiful brand new hotel located just a short walk away from Ponta da Piedade and Dona Ana Beach. Nearby are also various good restaurants and it takes you approximately 15 min to walk downtown. All hotel facilities were exceptional and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Hotel has also a nice gym, not very big but with everything you need and a nice spa. Hotel staff was also very friendly and made you feel welcome

The coffee! Would have thought a five star hotel had better quality of coffee and I really hope they switch out the milk in the coffee machine and take out this super sweet sugary milk for a regular one. For future guests please take that into consideration. Heard people complaining over the coffee at the buffet. The coffee at the pool bar was also not tasty. A minor flaw considering everything else but must say I really missed a good cup of coffee.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel was wonderfully clean … the rooms , the restaurant and the pool area … spotless. The breakfast had everything you could wish for and the food at the pool bar was excellent

We had issues with the air conditioning in our room which was faulty for the entire week despite continually informing the reception staff . The restaurant offered a very limited set meal in the evening which was repeated several times during the week . This did not affect us as the journey into wonderful Lagos was short and only cost about 4 euro .

The Hotel is new and clean I booked a room with views to the sea but it was more like to views to the nowhere. All facilities are great and the staff tries their best

Breakfast was nice, but anything form the lunch/dinner menu doesn't match with the 5 star hotel. Pizza base undercooked, cheese unmelted, never seen a burgeur like that fried on the outside steamed on the inside it didn't taste good. Drinks by the pool were poorly done for the price. I recomend to eat anywhere else in Lagos.

Clean room, pool area was peacfull and nice. Breakfast was ok, not 5 star hotel standard. Great children indoor playground. Staff was friendly, some stuff needs learn some english. Location was ok, about 20min walk to oldtown, they have own carage and there was allso free parking nearby. Not sure would i stay again, stay wasnt bad but not great.

Breakfast needs improvement. 5 star hotel dosnt have pillow for toddler. Pool bar food need some improvement. They let people park car front of main door. They dont inform important entertaiment, there was opening ceremony while we stay there, any information about that.

This is a brand new hotel (opened in April 2025). It modern, very spacious and very clean. Its ground floor is well organized between the restaurant, the bar, the reception and the large swimming pool off the bar and restaurant area. It has a large, easily accessible underground garage. There is a nice poolside bar; good service and nice staff.

The room's thermostat presented a challenge. Without instructions, it is nearly impossible to understand. It had to be set at 5 degrees celcius before it started moving down the scale and stopping at about 23 degrees. We had a serious problem with that and spent a lot o time in a very hot room before receiving help. On the plus side was a free dinner for our trouble. This is not a beachfront property. The nearest beach is about a couple of hundred meters away plus about one hundred steps down to the beach. The balcony is not for those who fear heights as the balustrade is 100% glass. The breakfast selection was a bit sparse.

The hotel is brand new, offering great value for money. The décor is stylish and modern, and our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to have a sea view from the balcony despite not booking one. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were excellent, with plenty of space to relax. The gym was small but had everything you needed for a decent workout (cable pulley system, free weights, and a few CV machines). Breakfast had a good variety, and most of the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect, right near some of the lovely beaches and about 5 mins walk from the boardwalk. Uber’s into the old town were very easy and quick to get, and very cheap (about £2.50 for a trip to the old town).

Not a criticism, as we loved our stay but a few gentle suggestions for the hotel to consider in the future: There was nowhere to hang towels in the room, which was a minor inconvenience. It would be helpful to have key information, like dining times, spa and gym hours, and bar opening times, easily accessible in the room as a reminder, perhaps via the TV interface - the staff did tell us and then kindly write this down for me with a pen and paper when I went back to ask them, but it would save them time having this information stored or signposted already. Poolside service was a bit slow, and some parasols were blowing over in the wind, which might need addressing. The coffee machines at breakfast created a bottleneck, with long queues each morning.
