We had a truly exceptional stay at Hampton Inn. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered for a comfortable experience (my name was on the TV!). The hotel's amenities, the pool, hot tub, and gym, were outstanding and truly enhanced our trip. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning on our next visit to Pescott Valley.

The breakfast was excellent and the location for breakfast was excellent. The staff was superb!

The room was a handicap room: the problems included no walk-in shower, a very slick tile floor in the bathroom and a small bath mat to step on to. In addition, as my wife was getting into the tUB for a shower, one of the handicaP BARS PULLED OUT OF THE WALL. IT WAS CLEAR THAT THE BAR HAD NOT BEEN ANCHORED PROPERLY. I WOULD ALSO ADD THAT THE STAFF RESPONDED PROMPTLY AND REPAIRED THE BAR. I WOULD NOTE THAT THE MATTRESS WAS PRETTY MUCH USED UP.

I already did a review, but I don't remember where. Now I can't remember the front desk agents names, but they really fixed us up with a great room – I was so impressed and pleased! The breakfast was great as always — love it. Thank you very much.

I can't think of anything besides maybe the elevators could be updated. Someone told me the property is going to be remodeled, but I hope they keep it the same but updated. I've always enjoyed staying there.

I’m a Hilton Honors member and I’m suppose to get two bottles of water for free and when I ask for water, I notice I was charged for it. And when I asked about it, I was told I grabbed the wrong water. I think I should have been handed two bottles when I arrived and there would have been no mix up. In short it was not rectified and I paid for the two bottles each day I stayed.

Internet was unusable. WiFi not free unless you join the Hotel club. Was in Prescott for business and had to cancel my meetings because I could not get a good connection. Purchased the upgraded wifi and still was not good enough. Even after working with the hotel and their tech support it was just not fast enough.

Excellent location and quiet. Quick check in. Suite had everything we needed from a big room, couch, table/desk and chairs. The refrigerator was small and didn’t seem real cold but adequate. Microwave clean and worked. Excellent shower pressure.

Breakfast plentiful but PLEASE make soy milk available. Non-dairy options would be greatly appreciated! Organic options would be less toxic. Thank you for asking. Comfortable, but a few outdated issues like outdated tea& coffee dispensers in lobby were cold EVERY DAY! Decanters need to be replaced with thermos type. A complete waste of products.

The staff was very helpful when we first got there or we would have missed the show we were going to go to so they were the best and very nice.

A little pricey for the area but a great location and the breakfast was good and lots of choice's to pick from to eat.

The room was very clean as was the whole hotel. The breakfast bar was very nice and had quite a selection of food. The hotel was in a convenient location, near shopping, cafes and other destinations. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

I don't think there was anything that we didn't like.

Breakfast was particularly good, and coffee / room was exceptionally clean, and the third floor was incredibly quiet, perfect for getting some work/business done...! I might also add that the location was ideal...
