I loved the courtyard. And the woman at the front desk kindly moved our room to a first level when I told her about our arthritic dog. I loved the overall vibe.

The fireplace looks cool, but it takes up a lot of space for something unusable in a small room. The coffee maker in the room didn't work, but I was able to find some in the cafe after a mini Odyssey around the campus. That part I didn't mind. It was a lovely day. The rooms are pricey for what you get, and there is no place to walk except on the sidewalk along the noisy highway.

The location was great - just outside of downtown Taos! I liked the casita - very private and charming with a comfy bed and romantic kiva fireplace! I wish we had time to use the hot tub and fitness center but they were available for us. There was also nightly live music but it was too early for us; it ended around 8 pm!!

Everything was lovely! One thing was breakfast - we headed into town and found a few great breakfast options which were yummy. I don’t know if the hotel breakfast would have been better!

Our room was very clean and nice. Bed very comfortable! Staff very friendly in the hotel and at the restaurant!!

We need to still get our REFUND for our stay. We only stayed Two nights and were charged for three nights! Our Thursday night needs to be refunded because we did not stay Thursday night. We came in and arrived on Friday and stayed Friday and Saturday night!! We need our refund for Thursday night!! We spoke with a woman in Holland and she said she would get our refund and credit it to our card account!! THAT HAS NOT BEEN DONE NO REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED! PLEASE GET THIS MATTER TAKEN CARE OF!! THANK YOU!!!

The staff helped with all of our requests. The junior suite we rented was better than I imagined. Loved the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Liked the breakfast so much we ate three both days we stayed. Really enjoyed walking the property at night while star gazing. It felt super safe as didn't see any street people or beggers while on the property. Loved Taos & would love to come back and stay with this excellent establishment.

The staff went above and beyond what was needed. They accommodated our request for a different room and, when I left a favorite earring in the previous room, the woman at the desk went back and found it. I wish I had gotten her name. She definitely made our trip better.

Not sure the hotel could have done anything, but the high schoolers in the pool at night were noisy, especially for travelers wanting an early night. I would ask for a room away from the pool next time.

Celebrated my 45th wedding anniversary and the hotel gave us a free upgrade to the executive suite. Too my surprise they kept their promise even through the reservation was made months in advance. The check in was flawless as Lorraine the receptionist met us with a friendly smile. She was very helpful and cheerful throughout our visit. When we had a problem with the toilet running, I called the front desk and within less than 5 minutes the maintenance supervisor arrived and access the situation. His name was Nacho and he got the part and repaired it within 10 minutes. He was very friendly and professional in his service. Made sure that their wasn’t any leaks before leaving. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and presentable. Grounds were maintained and free of trash. The room was very comfortable and enjoyed the view of the mountains in the evening and the patio was clean. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Will recommend to my friends from Artesia, NM to visit.

In the shower it took a few minutes for the water to get hot. Not a game changer. The older waitress in the grill/bar wasn’t a friendly type person. Took the order but not conversational. The older man that had a limp was just the opposite, he was very friendly. The food was very good a little bit on the expensive side but it was plentiful and very filling. Music was also good.

Beautiful decor, friendly staff, amazing location! I love the history of the place!! Will definitely go back soon!

I wish the pool was indoors. On site laundry would be nice and a microwave in the fireplace room would be nice. Otherwise the female waitress at the Grill restaurant was a bit brash. Short & rude even. 2nd time in she was a bit better.

The location was great on the main road in Taos. The restaurant was convenient, the place was very beautiful and in typical Taos pueblo decorations. The studio room was super spacious and had all of the amenities we could ask for. The pool was nice and cold and the hot tub was nice and hot. I enjoyed the restaurant and the views from the restaurant. The staff was super friendly and genuinely friendly. I appreciated the ice machine and vending machine and the dining/ lounge area in the lobby. I would 100% return

I love the look and the atmosphere of the whole place. The live music every evening is so fun!

I really didn’t dislike anything. There are a few minor maintenance/wear and tear things that could be addressed in the rooms. But nothing hindered our stay and anything we needed was handled immediately.

The location of sagebrush was perfect. It was very quiet surrounding. The grounds were lit up nicely.

We did have some bugs in our room, bed was extremely hard, carpet was nasty, A/C didn’t work that good, the tv remote needed new batteries and the outlets (all outlets) didn’t work. It made it hard to charge phones and iPads. We charged our phones and iPads in the vehicle. The staff at the restaurant didn’t want to do their job. We walked in the waitress didn’t want to acknowledge us. We finally got to order some tea and she never brought it. She cleaned tables instead. We walked out.
