We were greeted outside the hotel as we were parking to check in - and you walk into a bright and clean and inviting space, with a good size open bar right in the lobby. It was not overly decorated for the holidays - just very tasteful and simple. People were all pleasant and the mood was upbeat. Furniture is tasteful. The carpeting in the hallways was clean and the least offensive pattern I've ever seen in hotel carpeting! The room was great, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was spotless. And to top it off it was in a prime location, directly in town so everything is walkable. We paid for valet parking - not cheap, but I appreciated not having to go to an underground garage in the cold!

The hotel was very beautiful. But I feel like what really makes the hotel is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and so kind and ready to help you in anyway whenever you need it. The service is truly five star level. Also, the bedding was very comfortable, from the quality of the cotton in the sheets, the super soft down pillows, the lightweight, fluffy comforters, and some of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever Experienced. I am one of the pickiest people when it comes to hotel beds and I slept like a baby there. My son was there for a rugby camp so he was very sore and exhausted and he was able to take a nice comfortable bath every night and get a great nights sleep. In addition, on every floor right as you step off of the elevator, there are bags of ice, bottled water, and snacks, such as apples and cookies. Additionally, in every room, there is a very large refrigerated drawer that you can put your drinks and snacks in. There is also a coffee maker in each room. And lastly, the location is excellent. You can step right out of the hotel and find a bakery and fresh coffee across the street and many restaurants within walking distance. If you were going to visit Dartmouth or even just this cute little town in New Hampshire, this location is excellent! I would also recommend driving into Vermont and visiting the Simon Pearce restaurant which is incredible!

Patrick greeted us and had our room ready early. He was so kind and helpful. He is exactly what hospitality should be! The rooms were snug but the beds were fantastic. Lots of complimentary water made life easy. They charged my EV for me overnight, good thing I brought my charger. There is a level 3 charger at the local walmart, five miles away. This would have been good infor to have. The lobby is beautiful and fun to work in. Adult, quiet and comfortable. Chic without being uptight. I loved this hotel.

Stayed here 2 nights to visit Dartmouth College and overall we were very happy with our stay. The location is fantastic, the room was clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. We will surely return to this hotel when we visit our son over the next 4 years.

I knocked them down a little because the valet parking is expensive and the hotel seemed understaffed during our stay. They only had 2 people cleaning rooms, so a few people were checking in and waiting in the lobby for rooms to become available. The next day we needed our garbage taken out and coffee restocked, but I never saw anyone cleaning rooms on our floor. I had the door tag on our room for housekeeping, but by late in the afternoon nobody had come so I had to call the front desk to ask about this. It seems housekeeping service is not a standard thing for overnight guests? The front desk staff is very friendly though and clearly willing to do whatever needed to keep guests happy, and our issues were resolved quickly.

Bottled waters in a refrigerated drawer, apples and cookies by the elevator. Fresh baked cookies at 3:00. The bartender was very nice and she took my food order, served it and another order to go.

The parking situation was backed up at arrival. I feel like parking should be free when you stay at a hotel, needless to say paying $30 and waiting to have someone park the car didn't make me happy. However they handled it well and were very accommodating. The service was excellent, they were just very busy.

Room decor was fantastic - love the new color scheme. Beds were comfy and we appreciated the easy access to water, snacks, and ice. Coffee machine in room fanrastic. Location in the center of Hanover.

Staff was not particularly friendly like the staff at the Hanover Inn Also, stayed four nights and told that sheets were changed after the third night. We were fine with that but thought housekeeping would still come into the room each day to freshen it up - provide fresh towels as needed, make the beds, replenish the coffee, etc. That did not happen.

The hotel is beautiful , centrally located , clean and modern . Complimentary water , apples and snacks were quite great, thought the cookies that were available at check in desk were just fantastic! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Would have been nice to have breakfast available on monday , but it was not , gave us an opportunity to eat in town

Three stars is underplaying this hotel. It is clean, updated, comfortable, and incredibly well situated. I would absolutely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. I love the water refill stations and the complimentary water and snacks on every floor. The staff was attentive and professional.

The bistro (breakfast included) was not open on Sunday.

Staff was friendly and helpful and very good with my dog. Beautiful, new building located in the heart of Hanover, with everything within walking distance.

I may have missed it in the reservation process, but they charge $25/day for valet parking, and there is no free parking available. Also, the desk clerk seems to have to run for the cars that are valet-parked, making her missing from the front desk for quite a while when I tried to check in. Also missing from the reservation process on Booking.com was the $75/day pet fee.

Pretty decor, smart furnishings and soothing colors - love the new look! The beds are super comfortable and the coffee in the rooms delicious.

Slow elevators which become an issue when the hotel is full and having to pay to park our car at the hotel - in a small town like Hanover and with what rates are already being charged for the rooms, it seems sit well.
