We liked the combined benefits from the stunning views over KK and the sea, the fantastic cleanliness, nice selection of furniture and kitchen set up, all well lit, and you could see that the apartment is relatively new and well maintained. The staff at the arrival area where nice and helpful, and the apartment owner was super nice, fast-responding on messages, and well-organized, as a true professional who really cared. After our day out on Christmas day we received a nice Christmas cake in our fridge, and also, daily fresh towels. Internet connection was good and fast for many devices. TV Netflix easy to sign in & use. Easy to call Grab, always arriving in 5 minutes. We are family with 2 grown up kids

All was perfect. If anything, perhaps add two simple chairs on the balcony, as the views are fantastic.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Wong who liased with us was extremely helpful, attentive and made sure we were very comfortable. We stayed 4 days 3 nights and they even gave us fresh towels to change. 12 mins from the airport hence it was convenient. Good security system. Brand new couch that sits 3 people, free netflix, clean fridge, microwave oven and toaster oven were bonuses. Overall great stay! The cabinets underneath didn't have any musty smell and the plates, cutleries were also in new, good condition.

The water pressure for shower was low and the iron facilities could be improved. Mattresses were a lil hard and pillows could be added too.

The hotel is very spacious and very clean. Everything is new and the stay is very comfortable. The automatic parking location saved us a lot of time. The location is also very good. There were 7 people staying in the hotel and we didn't feel crowded at all.

If I have to say it, the cabinets have a bit of a smell. I don’t know why, but it doesn’t affect my stay. I hope the owner can look into this problem.

We loved the place. Large windows with great views, modern flat, friendly owner, well equipped flat with nice helpful things (coffee, washing powder), great roof pool with amazing view on descending planes. Close to the sunset beach. We fully recommend.

Comfortable, clean & spacious house. The owner Ms Wong & also her staff Ms Biby, both are friendly & helpful. They provide detailed instructions on how to retrieve access cards & check in, even sent text to check up on us if we have any trouble to check in or if there's any problem with the house. The house is spacious with 2 queen beds, 3 single beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen & laundry area.

The location and the view is superb. The unit was clean, secure and cosy. Has all the necessary amenities including hair dryer, washing machine and kitchen. There are shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner in the bathrooms. Disposable towels are provided as well. The unit owner is friendly and helpful. Very accommodating. I had a comfortable stay.

The parking took a bit of getting used to but it is safe and convenient once we are accustomed to it. Only 1 car parking per unit is available but luckily the owner assisted us with the other car.

spacious apartment..excellent host..location near the airport..view from the room balcony was awesome..as we arrived late at night we cannot watch the sunset..so sad about that..will definitely repeat this hotel if we go to KK again..

The atmosphere and the view from the room. Friendly host who will recommend about foods and explain the house facilities clearly. It’s just like your house, with everything included such as washing machine, microwave, pot and so on.

Everything is good. Recommended for those who care about cleanliness. To improve: - water heater getting colder after few minutes - Wi-Fi coverage

Pristine clean rooms. Big lovely apartment with a free water dispenser. Exceeded expecations. Blown away by the sunset view from the top floor. Note the airplane sound is indeed very loud but we didnt hear it after falling asleep.

The host is very friendly, waiting for us to arrive at the apartment. Even guide us to the our room & explain everything in details. Room is superb, you can view & watch all the airplane landing everyday from the apartment balcony. You can even chill on the balcony with the views on night. You can see Mount Kinabalu from here. Facilities were complete. Returning the keys even easier. Recommended for our next vacation to KK!
