The location and the kitchen facilities

The light in our corridor was always on and it was impossible to switch it off. Only one small blanket for 2 people. No cleaner during our 5 day stay. Too many emails from the property, it was exhausting.

The location is great, aside from the construction. Really close to Paddington Station and Edgware Road metro. The walls soundproofed us from the neighbors. The rooms were bright and open. Plenty of storage.

Construction next door means you shouldn’t plan on sleeping in past 8 on the weekdays for the next few months. The walls to the hallway were thin (but thick between rooms so it was okay). My biggest complaint is that each room is serviced once a week, and there are no brooms or self-cleaning tools for the rooms, so the floors can get quite dirty. The bed was fine, but not very plush.

Loved the ease of getting into the place, they have a platform so you can chat and also read information about the property and area as well as get your codes etc. Very smart and intelligent with just a click on your phone, all the info is on hand. Address, where to store your bags if you check out and need a holding place. Thanks to Grace who was very gracious to allow me check in early and drop my bags and gave an hour at the end too. Very sweet lady i remember her from 2019!

I hate that people steal parcels in this building, this is not my first time staying here. I was a regular in 2019 and a couple of my parcels went missing and i came back and on my first day, a parcel got missing. Sadly they have a CCTV but it's uselss if they aren't able to use it to stop crime! It is a crime if guests actually steal other peoples letters and parcels. Very wicked and sad for grown adults to do. I didn't like the follow up, i kept having to chase after Nicoleta as i wasn't getting updates on maintenance nor my parcel. That was the one area that made me score them down the follow up isn't good.

Historical building, beautifully clean and modern inside. There is a little park across the road. It’s an easy walk to the tube and Paddington Station is close by as well. Communication prior to my stay, check-in, and checkout were seamless. I would stay here again and would recommend the property to others.

The shortest route from Paddington via Google Maps uses an underground tunnel to cross 4 lanes of traffic. As an older, single-travelling woman, I didn’t like having to use the tunnel to walk. Not the safest feeling when you don’t know the area. If I was there longer I’m sure I’d have discovered a work around but I wanted to mention it.

SUPER CLEAN! I love the location, I love the ease of entry, I love the way they communicate so all your information and communication is in one portal. I've stayed here several time over the course of 5 years and I really like it and Grace in the office is a real sweetie. The 1 bedroom upstairs is great if you don't have large suitcases like I always do. It's more spacious than the other 1 bedroom flats. Once again SUPER clean except for the couch. I watched the cleaner clean up after us as i had to wait on a parcel so he was NOT playing. He sprayed everywhere down and cleaned so well. Mind you we are very clean and left the unit clean so i was impressed to see that he didn't just take that for granted but sanitized the place. 10/10 for his cleaning.

The couch seriously has to go! It's been there forever and has outlived its use. Concept apartment should fork out a little money for a new couch. This one is seriously stained, loose where the cover is off and exposing very nasty stained cushions. I always request for extra sheets to cover it and then I'm happy. Besides that couch, I really like and enjoy this place. Oh parcels get missing, happened to me on one occasion twice and in February once. NOT THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENTS FAULT they even have cameras but rather other guests taking what isn't there's. The work around is to request a signature or look out for parcel delivery and it's all good.

Convenient location with easy walking distance to Edgware Road station. Lovely to have a coffee machine and pods provided rather than just instant coffee (still had instant coffee but we opted for the pods). Only stayed for one night but would’ve been comfortable (minus the temperature) to stay longer as the apartment had everything needed for a longer stay!

The apartment was very hot on arrival with all windows closed, even those on the stairs outside of the apartment. Even having opened the windows, it remained very hot as not much air flow but can appreciate we visited on a weekend where there wasn’t much breeze and it was about 23-25 degrees in London.

Very clear instructions from the host for check in and check out - great if you are arriving late into town. There's a beautiful park right in front and you have easy access to key tube lines like Bakerloo and Circle. Bed is comfortable, shower has good pressure. Room was very clean and had basic amenities in the kitchen.

The light in front of our room door was on all the time, meaning that you could hear the light sensor clicking every time the sensor reactivated (on an infinite loop), including at night. Internet was at time spotty - but we were aware of this and even worked well for some online meetings.

The property was very close to the underground. The nearest station was Edgeware Road and it had a lift. This helped with bringing our luggage to and from the airport. The close proximity to major sites made it easy for us to spend our day touring and not travelling.

Although it is completely out of the control of Paddington Green, there is a huge construction site beside the property. If you are a light sleeper or cannot tolerate noise during the day it might be a difficult stay while they are working. Also, if you stay on the lower floors the noise from the front door opening/closing is quite loud.

This is a neat property very close to two underground stations, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and freshly decorated. There is a coin operated washer and dryer (2 pounds each). We just wish we did not have to hassle with getting coins.

We had a one-bedroom apartment and the space was tight with large luggage as there was very little storage space for anything. The apartment was as such furnished with everything one needs (two each of plates, mugs etc.), but nothing extra like a rag to keep the kitchenette clean. There was no opportunity to recycle glass, metal etc. at the property.

The apartment is very clean and have every comfort you need (kettle, phon, oven, fridge, ecc). It's located in a very calm and quiet zone of Paddington, also near the public transport (like 3 minutes by foot). Clear comunication with the host: everything was as described!

For longer stays the apartament could result a bit small, the door has an uncocomfortable lock. Very minor and negligible defect. The host is not present, for me it is not a problem at all (because he's very clear in every comunication)
