An exceptional experience – truly outstanding service I rarely write reviews, but my stay at your hotel was so memorable that I feel truly compelled to share. From the very beginning, everything was spotless and well maintained, which speaks volumes about the team’s care and attention to detail. However, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional approach to guests. The service was warm, personal, and consistently professional – I felt genuinely looked after in a way that goes far beyond standard hospitality. I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, it exceeded all my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, truly reflecting their commitment to excellence. Simply everything, from the personal at check in and out with all the detailed information , the kindness of the personal until the location , the confortabile beds , parking, water and some soft drinks offers by the hotel . Many specials thank to MATAN the front disk manager he was really very nice and helpful offering commercials gestures. As someone going often to tel Aviv , Ink will be the place for my futures accommodations.

Location is great, 5m walk to Shenkin and Shuk Hacarmel but far enough to be quite. The room was a bit smallish bed was very comfortable and the bath/shower area was big. We did not try the restaurant.

The Pool on the roof looks OK but the surroundings on the roof are a bit sparse. Staff was nice, but on more than one occasion there was nobody at the front desk and I had to wait 2-5 minutes for help. Once a person arrived they were very helpful.

Nice decor, comfy bed, quiet in a city that is filled with construction.

No breakfast is offered. That’s usually a given in Israeli hotels, and it’s usually something to look forward to. But guests here have to find a place outside for breakfast, even though Ink has a nice restaurant downstairs.

Location is perfect, short walk from restaurants, bars and shops and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. They can help you book guided tour in Jerusalem, restaurants etc. Room was comfortable and so was the bed. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. Highly recommended!

We chose this hotel due to great reviews on the stuff. The reception staff was not so kind and service oriented as expected. The room size was smaller than expected. There was a lot of noise in the reception. The room was very nice and well equipped but the coffee kit didn't include an option of tea. And... When I requested an extra towel I got a dirty towel with holes....

The hotel is very clean, quiet, safe, near to shops open 24h/24, near to the market, bus stops, the breakfast is amazing and the water pressure in the shower is excellent. The staff is very gentle and speak perfect english, we had complimentary beers and coffee in the room.

Maybe the price a little bit high but it’s not an issue of this hotel per se, it’s more due to the fact that shekels are very strong compared to euros.

It's an amazing boutique hotel located in a great area. Stuff was so generous and lovely. The splash pool was also great and cozy. Highly recommend especially for anniversary:). Also breakfast was really tasty

The location of the hotel was great and the staff were always so helpful and happy. The rooms were perfect and everything was super clean. I would absolutely stay at the Ink hotel again

Not so much that I didn't like it, but the amount of food served at breakfast was almost too generous! We felt bad for leaving it, but there was no way we could eat it all.
