The staff we wonderful, particularly Julian. The car parking was so easy and safe with plenty of room. The breakfast was plentiful, refilled frequently with delicious cheese, pastries, cakes, breads, eggs, juices, cold meats, fruit, yogurt, cereals and hot drinks. The breakfast was available for hours. The terrace behind the hotel was gorgeous overlooking a creek with rainbow trout. The location was absolutely fabulous, close to the old city centre with its amazing medieval architecture. Two lifts were quick. The rooms were spotlessly clean.

The comforters are heavy so I felt overly heated at night. Our bed might need updating. But the linens, towels and room amenities were good.

Ibis hotels have never disappointed, and this time was no exception. We really enjoyed the plentiful buffet breakfast with both hot and cold selections. The breakfast area was kept very tidy and well-stocked throughout the breakfast. The staff were pleasant and were able to answer questions regarding the area, and recommended restaurants for dinner. At their recommendation, we ended up at the Hippopotamus, just around the corner, and really enjoyed our meal there. The room was clean, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to others.

Surprisingly spacious room and close to the centre of Troyes. Excellent staff, very attentive and pleasant. Complimentary coffee facilities at reception - always a bonus. Hotel advertises itself as dog friendly, and it genuinely is. Reasonable breakfast.

Perhaps the inconvenience of the off site car park, which admittedly isnt far from the hotel but its a bit of a faff nonetheless. Although this hotel is close to the centre of town so, considering that, it's not that much of a problem.

Great hotel in good location with impressive staff and sensible eco practices. Great breakfast and a lovely terrace at the back by the river. Staff/team are excellent: quietly efficient, they work together to create a very relaxing atmosphere for guests. Marisa on reception is very welcoming, attentive and professional and the lady at breakfast (who also speaks Spanish) is kind and helpful to everyone.

Nothing. We have stayed in many hotels recently (some much more expensive and some also part of the IBIS chain) and the atmosphere here was the best.

The is a perfect place for an overnight travelling north or south but we would also have been happy to stay longer. It had everything we needed for a happy stay and the location was perfect. The added bonus was the safe parking which we really appreciated. I would recommend booking in advance though. They are also supporting an environmental sustainability policy which we were happy to support. The staff were very friendly and efficient and especially Lucas on reception. Thank you.

Good breakfast with local and homemade produce. Location - quick & easy to find off the motorway and then a short walk into the beautiful town centre for dinner. Good sustainability initiatives. Welcoming lobby area for drinks.

The air con controls were tricky to change. We didn’t know the code to get into the underground car park on arrival so we were a bit flustered after a long drive

Good Hotel, easy parking, good breakfast, staff very helpful. Good shops and restaurants in town.

Sorry to say this Troyes. But felt very unsafe walking the old town streets after dark. Constantly looking over my shoulder. Spoilt it really. Room was airless and hot, but better with window open. Whilst available free you still have to get up, dressed and go downstairs to get your first cup of coffee. Take a small thermos and fill up before bed.

A really nice, clean and modern hotel. Met with friendly staff and parked our motorcycles in the hotels secure underground car park. Nice room and comfy beds. Breakfast was excellent on the open courtyard in the morning sun. Troyes centre was a short walk away and we were treated to live music in the beautiful old square whilst we enjoyed food and drinks. Perfect!

Modern, nicely decorated and well furnished room with airconditioning. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent offering a variety of local cakes, pastries and breads. Iced water was available on tap in foyer. Secure undercover parking was available across the road from the hotel entrance. Hotel was located within a 10 minute walk from the town centre.
