For us the location was ideal. Very convenient for the Cowdray Farm Shop! Were easily able to visit friends nearby We have stayed around this favourite area a number of times recently, a different one every time. At last we have found the one to go back to and we don't even play golf! Lovely staff.
We have mentioned this to staff. Our bathroom did not have a shower curtain or screen. Showering sent water everywhere. Everything else was great.

The room was gorgeous and had everything we needed for a family of four. Staff in the clubhouse really helpful and friendly.
The WiFi is really poor and couldn’t connect to anything in the room. The staff in the clubhouse did not have us on the list for breakfast but very kindly set a table quickly for us and the breakfast was great. The toilet in the main bedroom also has a really poor flush!

This stay was wonderful. We stayed for 2 x nights: 2 adults and 2 children. The suite was much bigger than I expected. The staff in the bar where we had breakfast were lovely, as was the lady who completed our house keeping. The room was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was delicious. The kids had plenty of space to play. The suite was light and airy too. Surrounded by a beautiful golf course and the Cowdray ruins in sight, the location was beautiful. We also went to Midhurst a couple of times and it was a really straight forward drive. Midhurst is beautiful to walk around and the pubs were nice. We also walked around the ruins and polo fields which was great for the kids to burn off some energy. We intend to go back in the summer so we can watch some polo!

The Cowdray suite was spacious for 4 girlfriends overnight. We were only there to sleep as went out for dinner and had been walking in the day. Great area, Cowdray always great to visit. Lovely views, walks, farm shop. Golf course right there.
The room smelt very damp so we opened all the rooms on arrival. You could see damp walls in parts with paint peeling. Really wet carpet by bathroom with nothing covering it so all socks soaked. Hopefully that will be fixed shortly. 2 decent showers and comfortable beds.

It's in a peaceful part and the staff I spoke to were really lovely. Breakfast was gorgeous, me and my family all had the full English. Decorations and atmosphere of this place was breathtaking and modern with a golf twist. Would go again
1 of the shower knobs was broken & the other shower had a caddie falling off the wall so it was alittle inconvenient to have bottles of body wash and shampoo/conditioner in the shower (nothing too severe) however the hot water wasn't working at all in the morning so my family couldn't take showers.

The Polo Suite is worth paying a little extra for the view of Cowdray ruins. The suite was warm and cosy; comfortable lounge, bedroom and ensuite. It's location is very close to the clubhouse of the golf course where a delicious cooked breakfast was served. We'd also had an equally delicious Carvery the day before (Sunday). We would certainly like to return.
Both the large dining rooms were tastefully decorated but they are so large with very tall ceilings that they felt chilly. If hot plates were used when serving food, this would prevent food cooling as quickly as it did.

The rooms was small but very nicely decorated and had a lovely bathroom and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was served in the nearby Golf club (a few minutes walk) and had a good selection, however it was served between 7.30-9.30 which we thought was very early for a weekend however it was delicious and service was great. There was no food served after 6pm as it was a Sunday but we walked to the local pub (The White House) where it was pizza evening so all good!
The mattress and pillows on the bed could really do with a upgrade, as it was slightly dipping in the middle and pillows quite flat - a easy fix to make this room better!

The breakfast was not cooked very well it definitely wasn't cooked fresh hard eggs the beans looked like they had been used before in the pot they was not fresh the bacon was burnt ...coffee and tea was cold in the jug and teapot .the toast you got 5 mins or more after breakfast not with the breakfast .I would of thought with all the produce at cowdry park the food should have been spot on but it really was a let down ..we have stayed before and it was lovely but not this time

The breakfast was very nice with a varied selection of cooked food, including a good vegetarian option. The member of staff who served us breakfast was polite, helpful and attentive. The self check-in is a good idea as we had to change our travel plans at the last minute to accommodate a family member and also Midhurst had diversions in place which made us arrive later than promised.
We only encountered 1 member of staff - the one who served us breakfast. There was no one at Reception to tell us where to go for breakfast. My family didn't like the fact that there was no door between the bedrooms of the suite.

Very Good Breakfast, indoor and outdoor choice of seating, The room was really cosy, was tucked away from the rest of the facilities and offered a really romantic night away. The bathtub in the bedroom was also a unique touch.
The communication between myself and the staff wasn't great. It was a good self check in service but instructions weren't very clear. It was also unfortunate that when we stayed there was ground works being done with diggers on the golf course, so that partly spoiled the scenery.
