The hotel is clean, comfy, and overall no-frills. There was a kettle (a very basic kettle, but kettle nevertheless) in our room with some tea and coffee. That's always a big plus. Additionally, you can have coffee, tea, or water in the lobby at any time during the day. The staff were quite nice, even allowing us to leave our luggage at the reception after checkout while waiting for our flight back home. If you like English-style breakfast (bacon, sausages, eggs, hash brown, etc.), then you'll be happy about that too.

More breakfast options would have been awesome! I'm not much of a bacon person and I always avoid eggs I didn't make myself. The only breakfast option left was peanut butter and jelly toasts.

Pleasant hotel, free tea coffee and squash 24/7, staff friendly, mostly clean and modern. Overall, value for money and would return again. Only stayed one night but facilities were good, a nice and basic breakfast (if staying longer than a few days you wouldn't feel you had huge choice) but it was very well run.

The teaspoon in the room was visibly unclean, there was a collection of dust in the corner of the bathroom. They had obviously made the effort to have it clean and tidy but just a few bit tucked away that were missed. The parking spaces are a little tight, and they had no allocation system that allowed you to reserve spaces outside of your booking times (I.e. you can't 'reserve' a space if you want to leave it there whilst out visiting London, a better allocation system would benefit them greatly to manage parking better.

Pleasantly surprised, even with good quality breakfast I never knew they had when I booked. The room had working air-conditioner that you could set the temperature you wanted for the room, and had radiator as well, for maximum comfort. TV had multiple channels. The bathroom was new and clean. The sheets were spotless. No noise from other rooms. There was free coffee all day and all night. I was allowed takeaway cappuccino (plus hot chocolate) which I transferred to my mug and tasted as good as paid-for mocha. And for all that, I didn't pay a premium. I was so pleased

Staff was very friendly. Cold water, lemonade, juice and tea are available 24/7. It's possible to enter the hotel at night with your room key card (info was not on the hotel website yet) and the reception is open 24/7 as well so you'll never have a problem entering. House keeping cleaned every day and was not too early. Supermarkets and a McDonald's are within 15 min walking distance. Bus stop taking you to Stratford station is only 3 minutes away and buses run at least every 5 minutes. From there, it's easy to take the tube to get to central London quickly. If you pack lightely, the room has everything you need, including air conditioning. There's an elevator taking you to every floor.

The area is not the best but as a woman I never felt unsafe either. There was a bit of dust on some of the counters and a hair and some fabric on the sheets when I arrived but they were definitely still cleaned. My room door didn't close easily on its own so I had to make extra sure it was locked. The wardrobe in my room consisted of only a few hangers and a chair but it was enough for me.

The hotel was a wonderful surprise! It exceeded my expectations. The staff is incredible—caring and helpful, five stars. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I stayed for over 15 days and had no complaints. My only suggestion would be to offer more breakfast options. Overall, it was a great experience. The location is convenient for commuting, though there is construction near the bus stop, requiring a slightly longer walk to the hotel—but it's not a big deal. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nothing. It was great, everything.

I liked that the communal area was right next to the reception desk, so I could get a cup of tea, or other soft drink to hand if I wanted. The staff were very polite and positive. The corridors leading to the room were very clean. Plenty of plug points to use in the room. The hotel is over ten minutes walk away from the Forest Gate tube station, and the road that leads to it has shops and restaurants that suited my purposes.

The communal area can get a little busy during breakfast, considering the size. The basin tap in my bathroom needed securing, as it was loose in its fitting (which I related to the receptionist at the desk). Although my window view was facing a brick wall, my room was situated in the basement and there was plenty of space to open the window for fresh air.

The staff was pleasant. They always greeted us with big smiles. Our room was clean, when we put out cleaning sign, we always came back to clean room. There is bus stop right outside the hotel taking you to Stratford Station and from there you can go anywhere, which is convenient. Breakfast was traditional British breakfast, but we loved it. They refill it all the time during breakfast hours so you always have hot breakfast. Also, complementary coffee and drinks theoughout our whole stay was a big bonus. We could go grab a coffee whenever.

One time the fire alarm malfunctioned and started to beep for like 15 seconds loudly, but it didn't wake us up as it was around 9PM. Also the light system by the door where you put card in was beeping first 15 minutes when we came, but it stopped for the rest of the trip so it was okay

Location, it was clean and fresh. Modern and spacious.

The room I was very kindly offered. Was a disabled accessible room. I was offered this out of kindness as it was huge by the railing on the door of the bathroom fell when I slipped on soap(haha). Yes that did actually happen and I obviously held onto the rail and it came of the door. I could have been seriously hurt but luckily I’m fine and they didn’t ask me to pay. I’d refuse to anyway. It wasn’t even really strongly attached. It was honestly barely tight on to the door. I’m not the heaviest of people either. So what the hell.

The hotel is easy to find, well connected to public transport and the staff is extremely nice. They give you a list of recommended places to visit in London and the reception works 0-24. Our room was cleaned regularly and we always had fresh towels. Breakfast had limited options but everything was fine and the staff would refill the trays very often so you could get to everything that has been served. All in all a very good experience and I will probably book again when travelling to London!

The walls are thin so you can hear other guests in the room next to yours, but it didn't bother us that much.

Great stay, excellent value for money Positives: • The room is really well-equipped with everything you need: shower, soap, electric heating, air conditioning, and comfortable beds. • Bed sheets are changed daily, which is a great plus. • Breakfast is good (though it could be improved—see below). • The location is excellent, in a peaceful neighborhood, just 10 minutes by bus from Stratford Center, Westfield, and West Ham Stadium. • The price is very good for two people in January. • The staff is very nice, discreet, and non-intrusive. • They allowed us to check in early at 5 a.m., which was perfect as we arrived early from our flight.

Breakfast could have more options to better cater to all tastes.
