We stayed here last year and decided to go back as it's a great place to stay. The rooms are very spacious and have a balcony; they are well equipped with anything you might need. Both rooms and common spaces are always sparkling clean. Residents and guests are quiet and there's barely any noise except traffic at some hours (but that's easily shut off by closing the balcony door). When we happened to meet the cleaning staff on our way out they would always ask if we needed something - more water, or tissues, etc. The reception staff has a handy procedure in place for late check-ins/early check-outs. We never had a single issue here. Location is very handy as it's a short walk to the BTS SkyTrain station. There is a mall, a bank and plenty of street food carts down the soi, plus a 7-eleven just across the street. A great place overall and very good quality for the price.

The residence was very good, with the On Nut BTS station close by, about a 10 minute walk away. The room was large, airconditioned, and the attached bathroom was also good. Room cleaning was done daily with clean towels and shampoo/soap provided and refilled daily. There was a large fridge in the room, and a clothes line on the balcony. The whole hotel was clean and tidy, quiet, and secure. There is a 7/11 convenience store directly across the road, as well as a coffee shop that is open 7 days a week. The hotel has a clean, pleasant, small restaurant/cafe serving breakfast and other meals.

Ask for a room at the rear of the hotel, the rooms at the front face the road and are very noisy!

Very friendly staff, the cleaning is great they come daily and give you 2 waterbottles, tissues and a roll of toilet paper everytime they come by. There's a 7-11 across from the building so even though they themselves don't offer breakfast this is a very quick, tasty and easy option! It's a 5 minute walk to the on nut train station which is greatly connected to the center of Bangkok and mosten often it is cheaper than a bolt or grab though it can be a bit crowded. The room is equipped with a fridge, (which has a freezer), kettle and microwave which you don't always find. The AC is amazing and really easy to use, it gets your room cold within minutes after you turn it on and isn't that loud. The flat-screen is equipped with YouTube and Netflix so even if you don't understand thai there's plenty of entertainment. The water pressure of the shower is lovely and tempature range is great to.

The only thing I really have to say is that the mattress and pillows are quite thin, which is great for the airflow and to make sure you don't get to hot but as someone that comes from a European country and is used to big fluffy mattresses and blankets it was a little hard to sleep trough the night in 1 piece. So not necessarily something wrong but do keep it in mind when booking.

Location is 10 mins walk from bus station, right across is a 7 Eleven, and nearby great eateries and small shopping center. Good value for money - clean facility, easy check in, the room was like a mini studio apartment with fridge, tv, microwave, the washroom was clean and had all toiletries, the partition of shower was great too and no flooding in the washroom and a small gallery attached. No smell in room and while we didn’t expect the room service to clean the room next day - they did so which was a pleasant surprise as they also packed few of our clothes that were out. So the staff service was great! Recommended stay if youre on a budget! Ohhh the bed and bedding was sooo comfortable!

Nothing not to like in the value

Hotel staff is too good . Very clean and very near to on nut station. you can just walk from the station to hotel . Management is so friendly and helpful if approached for anything. you have the very famous Seven eleven supermarket opposite to the hotel which is very convenient to buy things. you also have gym and sauna on the top floor which accessible any time. I genuinely liked my stay at KV Mansion and looking forward to stay again in Dec 2024

Team at lobby is very helpful, always trying to find a solution if you want to extend your stay. Rooms are super clean. Cleaning ladies very nice always. I like this place, makes my life easy. BTS 2mn with hitel electric tuk tuk Big C 5 mn walking Starbucks 2 mn walking Coffee shop nearby make excellent coffee Pizza restaurant on the corner, japanse restaurant nearby 7 eleven in front Thai restaurants around. Good place for long stay🙏

For what, this place exceeds my expectations

Affordable place with neat and clean rooms. Everything is exactly like they are in the pictures. Staff are friendly, they helped me check in at 9am when I first arrived since my flight arrived super early. Air conditioner, refrigerator, microwave they all work properly. I was able to cook and refrigerate everything I bought from the 7/11 that's right in front of the mansion. It's allowed to smoke in the balcony, which has been amazing for a smoker like me. Staff left 1 litre of water at my door each day. Only downside is that I'd say the location is not the best but it's super close to On Nut BTS station anyways so it's convenient.

Great location which is very close to BTS On Nut station, hotel provide shuttle to BTS, by walk also only take 5~10 mins. 7-11 in front, a good Cafe just right below at the ground floor, a night market located 30m away, Big C and Lotus also not far from hotel location, very convenient all around the areas. Freige and Microwave available in room, daily room clean up was done pretty well. Even thogh I didnt use it, but the room have a small belcony which make me feel really good.

Wifi is very poor that I can't even text with the connection. Water Pressure is not big but enough for a quick shower. First sight is the dust left behind the door, but overall still ok. Pay with card need extra 3% bank charges, just notice when cheking-in.

You are greeted by friendly people on arrival. The room was huge. Has everything to ensure a comfortable stay. Nice that the room had a microwave. Laundry on site and the friendly owner handles everything for you and even offers ironing. The hotel offers shuttle to and from the BTS station. Nice massage parlour next door. 7/11 opposite and 2 more close by. Closest BTS - On nut station - nice shops. All round good place in a very good location.

The hotel offers the free shuttle service but on the one day it was not available. This should have been communicated to the guests.

Near Lotus supermarket, near On Nut BTS, McDonald's, Burger King. hotel feels just like home, balcony has a sink and rack to hang laundry, AC is super good, laundry basket is a nice to have. Wifi is good enough, place seems to be popular with retired expats. Overall a comfortable, home -like environment.

On check in, the lady asked for full cash payment or extra charges for credit card, that was unexpected and not even possible. Was not a pleasant welcome. They did then agree to credit card payment after some argument. Left a bad taste right off. Other than that, house keeping staff and all else was very good. Location is a bit far by BTS for typical tourist attractions, but it's convenient for daily grocery, food. Only main downside about the location is no place nearby to simply go for a walk. No park or walkable street. Very busy commercial area.
