The lobby has a lot of lounges and several sitting area and the pool is so nice. As per my POV , all the guests are very happy to stay in UMA residence as I can see on their face. The receptionist and the staffs are so helpful as well as the owner couple.😊🙏 A breakfast buffet is so delicious and the dining is very wonderful place.

I do not feel anything about what i dont like. The area is little far from city center as a bit difficult to take taxi from city to Si yan . However the location is very quite and peacful

Fabulous staff - charming and helpful; really good quality room with comfortable bed; beautiful surroundings within the hotel complex, gorgeous pool in the centre of the two accommodation blocks in a rainforest-type setting. Overall, a good experience.

Despite the heat of summer, I would have preferred a warm shower. Travellers should note that the restaurant only serves breakfast. There appear to be no "traditional" restaurants in the surrounding area and your only option is street food. Sadly, we can no longer eat this but it may be that others will like it. If not, you are stuck. Breakfast was a bit limited and Asian orientated - but then it was not expensive.

We arrived early and after leaving our luggage while having some food around the corner (the whole main street has so many food stalls to chose from) we received a free early check-in, which was obviously great. The room was basic but had the things we needed, good working aircon, good water pressure in the shower. The room was clean. We got 2 free water bottles every day. The ferry is also within walking distance so we often took one of those into the city. It was very calm and quiet at night.

The pool was less than what I expected and the tiger mosquitoes made it impossible to lay next to the pool.

very friendly staff, water and coffee free and available in the lobby. breakfast is basic but good. the pool is good, bit cold and covered by trees so not much sun but you can find some spots. overall easy stay. rooms are basic but totally fine and clean!

not much around from the location but that can be also good if you want it quiet and more local. to khaosan road it’s like 25 mins.

We had a brilliant time in this hotel. The staff were very warm, welcoming and helpful. The swimming pool was a bit smaller than I thought but it was still really nice and always very clean. Breakfast was good, room was very comfortable and overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

There is nothing that we didn't like. It was all good. We would definitely go there again. It was peaceful as well, despite being in the bustling city of Bangkok. It was very close to the Royal River so easy to travel around and only a few stops on the boat to The Grand Palace, which was amazing.

The pool gave such a relaxing atmosphere and it has nice seats, sunbeds etc to chill. About the location: the hotel itself is in a very authentic living area of Bangkok and has good access to Bus and ferry. They worked very well in the morning, but on the way back from city were very unreliable. We mostly had to take a bolt back to the hotel due to a no-show of the busses.

Nice hotel, bit outside of the center, but about 20min for the major sight seeing points away. About 10 min from the pier away, where you can take a boat to a lot of places. Hotel offers you free water and coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The room was fine, at the beginning it smelled a lot like someone smoked in there, even though it was forbidden. But the smell was gone soon. AC worked perfectly, everything was clean, shower was nice and bed was quite comfy.

The employees didn't speak a lot of English, but they still were really friendly. You gotta leave 1000baht in cash there as a deposit. WiFi connection was good in general, but somehow the system isn't working that well and we had to connect again almost every 5 min or less, which was quite annoying. Couldn't open the balcony

The room had no view which did not matter at all. The entire stay was as expected excellent. The reception was open 24 h and was extremely supportive. Room and room service was excellent! Complementary coffee products and snacks in the lobby, which was additionally very comfortable and inviting.

The internet access was under maintainance which is supposed to be working more reliably stable and fast in future. During my stay working remote was not possible without troubles, e.g. sometimes extremely slow or cut off. But, it is supposed to be fixed soon.

Amenities is superb. The room is very clean and tidy. The place is astonishing. They have free coffee and biscuits in the pantry. The Staff cater our needs, they are generous. And the Owner is friendly. Surely we'll be back again.
