The location was great easy to get off/on the HWY. The room was very nice. There was plenty of room around the bed. The shower, which in most hotels is too high for those of us who are shorter, was actually at a good height and was able to be adjusted. The breakfast looked good, but we didn't partake as we needed to get on the road ...long drive with hopes of beating another series of bad weather.

When we arrived, we said we had a reservation. It could not be found. I handed the clerk my email confirmation. When she checked, she found that the change of dates, while on the email...with the first dates listed as "before..." were present with the new dates. We had been marked as a no-show and our card was charged. Booking.com had not sent the correction of dates. This was taken care of by the hotel, thanks to my copy of the date changes.

The location was great. The breakfast was average. Could have had healthier options.

The $75 pet fee was extortionate. Discussed with others who travel with pets and this is much more expensive than other chains. This fee will likely prevent me from choosing thos chain again. I also posted the high cost on pet travel sites to warn others.

I expected the breakfast to just be prepackaged food such as muffins and I was super surprised and excited to see a ton of fresh food options as well as juice and milk for my kids, and it was delicious. The hotel was super clean as well, which is something I’m picky about.

The beds could have been softer, and I was upset that I didn’t get 2 rooms together so I was 3 floors away from the rest of my family.

The desk staff was very helpful. The rooms are a good size and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Checking in and out was so easy.

The room we first were in had something on the bedspread and the air conditioning didn't work. After my husband talked to the desk we were quickly given a new room. The staff member was very apologetic. The rest of our stay was great.

Good location. Not enough staff to keep food fresh and restocked. Several hotel visitor's had to rummage through cabinets to find condiments, or more cereal. By the time staff came to fill, many of us had already scraped the last of the eggs, sausage, and oatmeal that was available at the time. Overall, great breakfast if everything had been available a little sooner.

At check in, we had to wait because the clerk said they did not have an access number from the “third party meaning booking.com” and that it was a pain when working with a third party. I Felt like a second class citizen. I have never had that experience and I have used booking.com many times.

Staff were friendly and accommodating for our needs. Allowed us to extend the check out time which was very helpful. Assisted us to resolve a couple of issues. Rooms clean, but no room service. Breakfast was great, we enjoyed the waffles.

We didn’t have a tv remote in our room, but staff provided one when we asked. The microwave plate had been replaced and did not turn which made it difficult to reheat food. Otherwise no problems.

Our sink sink faucet in bathtub faucet.We're falling off other than that we had cold air and a nice pool. Ohh I just remembered our room had no hair dryer total bummer but no biggie. Would stay there again

Do not like that a computer is taking the place of a human. Check in/out with your phone..not welcoming, no human contact..DISLIKE! being greeted, welcomed, offering of information all missed by not having human contact

The breakfast was not that great. The options available were not the greatest. No one refilling butter or condiments. And there was no salt or pepper. Not a lot of seating room for breakfast.
