Good value for money. Great location.

- No hot water when checking in (actually the lack of an audited process to prepare rooms for guests). - An unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. Rooms, hallways, etc. I suspect its a result of old cleaning methods where a mop is dipped and re dipped in water, leading to equal dirt distribution. - I gave this feedback to the front desk manager and all i got was a mild apology (fair).

An amazing hotel in every way! The cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service made my stay unforgettable. Thanks to the wonderful staff. Special thanks to (Ananp) at the reception for his kindness and professionalism he made my stay even better. I will definitely come back again.

The room and stay were comfortable, but I wished the sound insulation in the bedroom was better, as I woke up to a noise from someone in the hallway.

The price-quality rate is brilliant. The rooms are very spacious, full of natural light due to low window sill, and very clean. The staff is very polite and attentive. We had some trouble with bank card payment, and they not only offered us free drinks (twice!), but patiently waited for more than 3 hours till we could resolve the issue without any further questions. And keep in mind that the breakfasts on the menu, even though are supposed to be for just one person, are more than enough for two (and are very delicious).

My colleague, unfortunately, didn't have hot water in her suite (but I didn't experience any problems with that in mine). And, even though the breakfast was amazing, we expected the buffet, which was unavailable for no reason.

The apartment's spaciousness was exceptional, featuring 2 bedroom and 3 bathrooms and a well-designed layout. The privacy of the main bedroom was impressive. The team was courteous and supportive, making the overall experience truly excellent.

While the hotel provided excellent services and amenities, the pricing felt a bit higher than expected. Additionally, the café did not meet expectations, and the variety of items could be improved to provide a better selection for guests.

TV internet not working also I asked for support no one help I think need to do something about internet issues in hotel

The apartment that we got was extremely specious with two large bathrooms and another separate toilet. We wanted a non-smoking room, so we were placed “only” on the 28th floor where the view was still breathtaking. There are inside and onside pools, steam bath and a sauna. We did not book breakfast included on our reservation, but decided to pay for one and we did not regret it. The people working in the hotel were extremely helpful and nice!

There were no adaptors for USB type C chargers. The people responsible for the sauna and the steam bath didn’t really know how to operate them. One of the people at the pool came out several times while we were there and was staring at us without saying anything for a very long time (which was pretty creepy)

Staff 10/10 - thanks to the reception guy (shareef i think) for upgrading my room to sea view. Location 9/10 - Easy access to the highway, would love to see some grocery shops walking distance. Room Size 8/10 - it is specious but needs re-arrange.

bedroom and living room are spacious, but bathroom is really small and not even able to hang 2 towels !. Balcony is super dirty, i didn't even bother myself to find the access to. Safe box wasn't working. (295)

Amazing location near the city centre mall

Upon arrival, there was no one available to assist with carrying my travel bags. It was a rainy day, which inconvenienced me as I had to carry my bags and personal belongings and search for my room myself. Additionally, I found the living room bathroom closed. There was no menu available for ordering food, and the options provided were limited and only delivered to the room. There was a delay in delivering my order beyond the agreed-upon time with room service. When I followed up on the delay, the service employee seemed to lack proper training in customer service; initially, he did not acknowledge my order. However, after I explained the situation, he apologized and informed me that my order was on its way.

Good two bedroom apartment with good location.

-I faced security card problem in the elevator three times and I raised this issue to the receptionist; but no action done. _ The resturent poeple were not helpful, we asked for a littel olive oil and they want to charge us money for it, so we did not take it. -The carpet in the dinning room has many dirty spots, we asked for replacment; but they gave us one worst than the first one.

This was my first time in S plaza suites hotel and for sure its not the last. Lovely place , very helpful staff (especially Ibraheem at the reception), amazing location and suitable price. My 1st accommodation option in bahrain for the next visits.
