Boutique old Bali style hotel, Great location, the gardeners do a fantastic job at keeping the gardens so well maintained. The staff are amazing especially Chakra who went out of his way to make our stay special. We stayed in a a Deluxe Double room which was fantastic, clean, large and a very comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was great with a mix of different foods available everyday.

fantastic location just off jalan benesari meaning it’s walking distance to many things however still quiet enough of a night time, beautiful neatly kept grounds and pool area, clean and spacious rooms that were cleaned daily, best hot water and shower pressure i’ve found in 11 trips to bali. wide selection of yummy buffet breakfast with rotating meals on different days, staff always friendly and ready to assist with anything needed

no power-points near bed, bed was a little firm for my liking but still comfortable, being on large grounds with many rooms housekeeping comes anywhere between 8am-4pm sometimes a little too early after a late night. room service food from restaurant tasted very average which was disappointing considering the 21% tax added and breakfast always being enjoyable. tv connection was not very good but wouldn’t typically be a problem for many as not often do people holiday to watch tv. on arrival i signed paperwork as my balinese boyfriend would be staying with me yet whenever we arrived security always asked for and held onto his ID (understand safety precautions but kind of defeated the purpose of them photocopying his ID on arrival and me signing)

The hotel is located in the heart of city center, walking distance to all attractions, shopping, beach ( 10 Mints by walk) restaurants, clubs, The facility seems to be old heritage but clean. Rooms are very big. swimming pool is normal size and get crowded during day time. keep in mind since it is old building there is no elevator but staff will help you to carry your luggage. Checked in was very easy.

everything is nice but just 1 point which i think import to highlight. since this f=hotel is located in city center, the street are very narrow. it get very crowded during rain and rush hours. the hotel is just 10 mints away from airport ( if not traffic which is unlikely) but it takes literally 1 hour or more to airport. the worst part is, no taxi driver like to come to this area during rush hour or rain. if you are depending on taxi, please note this point. we booked our taxi 6 hour prior to our departure but it was cancelled by multiple drivers . even receptionist cant do anything. i literally had to run on street for taxi.

Staff were amazing, good central location with plenty of cafes around to explore. Pool area was perfect for kids to play in, with a swim up bar to get drinks for parents. Massage gazebo next to the pool was perfect allowing to get a massage but keep one eye out on my son while he continues to enjoy pool fun. Delicious Nasi Goreng, fish dish and my son loved the mixed satay dinner option. Friday night they had a dance performance with buffet dinner. Food was delicious and traditional dance performance was fantastic to watch. We left a little gratitude for cleaner and were suprised by a nice towel origami friend which brightened our day! Great service and value for money.

Room could benefit from deep clean, pizza was not the best option of the menu and bed/pillows were not most comfortable. Last two are a personal preference so really the only suggestion would be for a bit more of a deep clean of rooms.

Some hotels impress with their grand entrance but disappoint with drab corridors and uninspiring views of the parking area. ADI Dharma Hotel, however, consistently delivers excellence. Its stylish relaxation areas offer stunning tropical views, while thoughtful touches, such as beautifully arranged Balinese tables and flower offerings on each floor, add to its charm. The hotel's adherence to traditional Balinese architecture is evident, if you look you will see uniquely designed doorways and balconies, each with its own motif and guardian, a great touch again to detail and craftsmanship. Coming back at night the hotel Is a truly memorable experience. The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to the markets, Pantai Kuta, The beach walk shopping centre and Poppies lane 2. The meandering Koi pond and small arched bridges contribute to an additional layer of tranquility. While we were there a severe lightning and rain storm arrived, and I appreciated the cleverly designed patterned pathways with pebbles that eliminated slip, trip, and fall risks with the deluge. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and we look forward to coming back

Mattress was very hard, third floor stairs are to hard to climb for me, breakfast food needs varying (same cereal daily, same pastries), need numbers when placing an egg order at breakfast as many times we didn’t receive our egg order, laundry needs to be returned as I had to keep chasing it up and toilet paper needs refilling each day. I was disappointed to get a room with no nice garden view it was disappointing to sit on the balcony and have to view other’s backyards considering the amount I paid for accommodation.

The hotel was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the staff was excellent—very efficient and quick with their service. The pool and overall facilities were great, and I appreciated how well-organized the staff and processes were. They offered a wide range of on-site services, which, though we didn’t use most of them, was a nice touch. I also really appreciated their courtesy in holding our luggage after we checked out. The check-out process itself was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

The only aspect we didn’t like was the location, as it was accessible through narrow roads. However, from what I observed, this seems to be the case with most hotels in Kuta. Apart from that, there weren’t any other negatives to mention.

The property is amazing, not too close to the main road, but also very easy to walk anywhere you'd like to go. The staff are friendly and speak multiple languages. The property itself is stunning old balinese style, but well kept and cared for. Many warungs and other restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was slightly different every morning and we enjoyed it a great deal. Very easy to organise shuttles with reception to town, the airport or anywhere else.

Cleanliness-wise we had no issues at all, but the rooms were dated and a little dark - the photos don't really reflect this. The bathrooms were the worst part, I would say. Considering how beautifully maintained the rest of the property is (the pool, gardens, restaurant etc.), it looks like they haven't considered renovating the rooms in a few years. It's not the hotels fault, but you might have some difficulty getting a taxi/gojek/grab to come get you, as the roads are narrow or one way and our drivers usually refused to take us the whole way.

Good small hotel in KUTA. Nice location. Good pool Near to beach. The location is near to Four seasons, and they provide a gate pass to enter from main street thru their other hotel Adi dharma Legian which makes it a shortcut for ur car and even for u if u walk.

They didn't provide the invoice and had an argument with the reception Property is little old, has problem with water seeping and the floors in the room become extremely slippery after a bath as the water humidity of hot water is seeped in the room. Roads are very narrow so for pick up & drop a lot of waiting.

The Adi Dharma has been our family 'go to' for over 20 years. Indonesian owned and ran. Dewi is an amazing Manager and will make you feel like you have come 'home', every time. Comfy beds, great air con, lovely food and staff. 10 mins to Beachwalk and surrounded by Warungs and Restaurants on Poppies 1 & 2 & a walk/drive through the Adi Dharma Cottages to Legian St, perfect! Just book it!
