I had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Hotel! One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast – a great variety with something for everyone, and everything was fresh and tasty, perfect to start the day right. The location couldn’t be more convenient, with bus stops just steps from the front door, making it super easy to get around the city. Even when the hotel restaurant was closed, there were fast food options just behind the hotel, which was incredibly handy. Overall, the combination of comfort, convenience, and great service made for an excellent stay. I’d definitely come back! Again I can not mention Stephanie the owner and her staff for the hospitality and the smile always thank you so much I really appreciated your services.

I recomond this hotel, the staff was very friendly very welcoming, the environment was clean We liked our room it was clean and nice view, Front desk staff was very welcoming and polite her name was Jess she gave us excellent service we really appreciate her professionalism she explain well and answer our all questions Of I were her manager I would give Jess a 5 star. To be honest the price was little bit high otherwise it was great.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was great and I loved the unlimited coffee and water 24/7. My room was clean and it did meet my expectation of the things I needed inside the room. And also i felt safe because the doors have double safety locks which I thought there was none. I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends. Thank you and God bless.

There is nothing that I did not like.

The breakfast was excellent; so much selection. Lots of gluten free options and good keto options as well. Very friendly staff. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Location is easy to get to off the highway and easy to get downtown by car.

Had to park in the back of the building because front lot was full, but there is no back entrance so had to walk around with bags. Would have preferred no music in the breakfast room (it was a little early for the peppy music being played!)

We have stayed there many times and this time there was a very noisy ? family above us. Stomping on the floor, like they were wearing boots or playing basketball. We have stayed there many times when there were lots of kids teams in town for tournaments and we never heard anything like this. We were in 207 .

Breakfast server / attendant was a Filipino lady, VERY kind/ upbeat and approachable. Constantly smiling and helping / even lightly dancing to the music over the radio. The lady who helped us on arrival with our finance paperwork & getting into our room was outstanding and helpful beyond necessary!

The pool was down for maintance. :( Booked for this hotel because I have a back injury and spend my leisure time doing water aerobics.

The hotel is in a very good location the room is clean, the breakfast is delicious.

First night we were in a room on the first floor which is next to the elevator and it was too noisy we couldn’t sleep until 12:30 am. I spoke to the front desk and the lady was very cooperative she changed the room for us. We sleep well for the following two nights.

The staff were incredible. The person that helped during the complimentary breakfast was the nicest most helpful person I have dealt with. It was a lovely stay, the room was beautiful, the pool and sauna were so relaxing, I loved the stay, it made the trip to Nova Scotia just lovely.

The swimming pool was a decent size and quite nice, but it was not clean. The floor of the pool felt sticky and a bit slippery. I don't think it had enough chlorine circulating in it. Improved chlorine circulation and cleaner floors would make this pool just perfect!

For the price, this hotel more than exceeded my expectations. I've paid far more and received far less. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was delicious. There's a Tim Hortons, Starbucks, Thai place, fast-food place and decent restaurant all within walking distance. It's not noisy. The rooms have everything you need. And the staff really are fantastic.
