I stayed 1 week at this hotel and overall this was a good stay. Staff is wonderful, rooms are comfy and clean with high ceiling and location is just perfect.

Breakfast tends to get boring especially when staying an entire week. It's a la carte with always the same 4 savoury options and 4 sweet options. Plus every day you need to schedule a time slot for breakfast. Internet connection was really bad for me working from this hotel. It was going on and off all the time which made it a nightmare to have conversations on Teams. Finally my room did not have a window overlooking the outside, but instead a window overlooking the inside court making the room extremely dark even during the day.

Location is great in the heart of the Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful, both before arriving when emailing re parking nearby and also whilst we were staying; helping with restaurant reservations, etc. The room was spacious with adequate storage space and the daily cleaning standard was good. The breakfast was good quality. The honesty bar was a nice idea. The roof terrace is good.

There are no towel rails, only hooks, in the bathroom, so that the towels were always cold and damp from the previous use, even when only showering once a day. There were a few loose hairs in the shower on arrival - but that was relatively minor and the daily cleaning service was good.

The location of VEINTIUNO Emblematic is definitely for the more discerning (ie, it's away from the busier/noisier uptown areas) in Las Palmas, and is in the old town (Vegueto). The main historic buildings are a stroll away (free tours/entry to the townhall and cathedral on Sundays), as are the market and bars and cafes. And Triana - where the main shopping area and nightlife (tapas bars, etc) is - is only a 5/10 minutes stroll from the hotel. We enjoyed returning to the hotel late afternoon and relaxing on the rooftop, having a dip in the plunge pool (not big enough to swim in) and enjoying a drink from the honesty bar. Breakfast at VEINTIUNO Emblematic is 100% worth getting. Eating breakfast on the roof terrace was an every day highlight! And the food - organic, delicious, lovingly prepared. Great selection of quality teas/coffees and freshly squeezed OJ.

Nothing, really. Maybe our room could do with a little refresh (paintwork), but it didn't make our stay any less enjoyable.

Fantastic hotel that I would highly recommend. Classy, stylish and comfortable. It’s also spotless and smells lovely. Lovely friendly staff and I felt very welcomed. It’s located in a great location in the Old Town which is very pretty and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. I had asked for help with recommendations for local restaurants and Giusy wrote me a list and I had great meals at all of them. Las Cantaras beach is also 15 min easy bus ride away. The hotel prepare a delicious breakfast to order each morning. I’m a Coeliac and they understood and were accommodating and with this. The rooftop terrace is a lovely relaxing space and has a small pool for cooling off in, sun beds and seating. The honesty bar is a great idea too! Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here if returning to Vegueta. Thanks to Giusy & the rest of the team X

- Location: great location walking distance to bars, shops, restaurants and a quick taxi ride away from beach €6. - staff: brilliant, friendly, knowledgeable! - offerings: the roof terrace is lovely, small but wasn’t over crowded. - food: breakfast is included and easy to book on each day. I have celiac disease and all staff understood without prompt what this ment, every morning on booking card they had notes for the kitchen during your stay. The kitchen staff went above and beyond to ensure I could eat safely - it’s very hard to find this level of service with my disease, I was overwhelmed. This level of services is what made this hotel amazing!

Wonderfully located for the historic city centre this boutique hotel provides an oasis of calm. It is simply furnished with stylish modern pieces with comfortable sitting areas around the communal areas. The terrace is the best place to relax and enjoy a drink from the honesty bar. The pool is small but good for a refreshing dip. We had an interior room, which could be a little dark, but we did not spend much time in the room. There is a wonderful breakfast served on the terrace/ roof top breakfast room. The staff were wonderful, so friendly and helpful.

The furniture in the room is basic and some in need of tlc and walls a lick of paint, but otherwise the room and bathroom were spotless clean.

Great location, great staff and service! Great decor, great breakfast and rooftop is lovely!

For rooms facing the street it was a little noisy with people talking just under the windows and tour guides with microphones (this should not be allowed tourists van wear head sets instead). Also there was a large group staying at the same time and honestly they were very noisy at breakfast and disrespectful to other guests. This is really a beautiful hotel but having such a large and noisy group changed the atmosphere.

Possibly my all-time favorite hotel breakfast for the amazing salmon bagel and jamon iberico-tomato-bread combos + all the coffee you want, on your own schedule, in a beautiful roof-top setting. Great location to all the main history/art museums and easy walk to the boardwalk along the sea. Great value for money where they're putting effort into the things we care about that *feel* like luxury (food quality, cute design, ease of use) and not ostentatious displays that aren't important. Huge fans!

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast on the roof was lovely, and it was very close to historic sites.

The design of the hotel is like a Moroccan Riad, with a courtyard enclosed as an atrium. My room had a window into the courtyard hallway- that was frosted, so no real view- and very little fresh air unless I opened the window to the hallway and heard all the noise there- so it was not ideal/ It was a lovely room, but a room with a window and view was important to me and I did not get that. They do have some rooms with views but not many.

Beautiful attention to detail. The honesty bar was such a great idea. The rooftop terrace elegant and a delight. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Fresh orange juice and lots of delicious tempting treats to try like pancakes with homemade jams! The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. The furnishings and decor have been carefully done in keeping with the style of the building. I felt like I was transported back in time and was in an Ernest Hemingway novel! Perfect.

Absolutely nothing not to like! A suggestion to add small reading lights.
