Rooms were spacious, and well appointed. The desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was outstanding and the grounds were lovely.

The steps TO the rooms were narrow, steep and difficult. Everyone in my group had trouble getting our luggage dragged to the rooms.

Great breakfasts. Good location for getting around town. Quiet for sleeping. Useful to have kitchen facilities and living area. Laundry facilities were great, clean, available. Will stay again when in SF

Furniture could use a fabric cleaning and weather-stripping on doors let a lot of cold air in.

I loved that it felt like home away from home. The room felt like being in our own home. My family and I felt safe. Thank you.

The staircase up was very loose. May need repairs soon.

To begin with the staff was exceptionally Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!!! I appreciated that the staff made sure that social distancing was enforced!!! Breakfast was a delight due to the cheerfulness of the staff!!! The rooms were clean and spacious. The fireplace in the room was fabulous. The gym facilities were perfect!!! I highly recommend this home away from home!!!!

I think beds could be a little bit more comfortable but aside from that my stay was perfect.

The first room I was assigned smelled of smoke. Had to change. But the room they gave me was perfect and they were very accommodating.
