Great breakfasts. Good location for getting around town. Quiet for sleeping. Useful to have kitchen facilities and living area. Laundry facilities were great, clean, available. Will stay again when in SF

Furniture could use a fabric cleaning and weather-stripping on doors let a lot of cold air in.

I loved that it felt like home away from home. The room felt like being in our own home. My family and I felt safe. Thank you.

The staircase up was very loose. May need repairs soon.

The staff was extremely friendly. Great room, loved the shade trees, clean and comfortable.

The rooms are dark and the lights were not bright enough to see really well.

To begin with the staff was exceptionally Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!!! I appreciated that the staff made sure that social distancing was enforced!!! Breakfast was a delight due to the cheerfulness of the staff!!! The rooms were clean and spacious. The fireplace in the room was fabulous. The gym facilities were perfect!!! I highly recommend this home away from home!!!!

I think beds could be a little bit more comfortable but aside from that my stay was perfect.

Everything was great

The room size was great. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Check-in was quick.

There was a loud fan running all day and night. We could not figure out if the fan in the bathroom was permanently stuck on or if it was the fan for the cooling/heating system.

The breakfast and the staff were outstanding! Hot cooked local food and plenty of snacks. Great roomy rooms with nice kitchens and supplies. Staff were friendly and eager to please!

I wish there was a bus stop closer as we didn't rent a car. I wish they had a shuttle to and from the airport as there is no bus to the airport which I blame on the city. We were able to Uber and take a bus from the hospital which is a doable walk away.

Breakfast was great. Service top notch. Location excellent.

The first room I was assigned smelled of smoke. Had to change. But the room they gave me was perfect and they were very accommodating.
