I would say that is best 3 star hotel so far. Price is a bit high, but it is summer, and amazing location. I would start with location, there is park, church, plenty of shops and restaurants. For special gourmet lovers, downstairs is McDonald's. Transportation next to hotel is amazing, 2 minute walk to tram, that brings you to Milano Centrale. 10 minute walk (through nice walking street and park) to metro. Staff was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when i saw my Single room. It was quite spacious. Bed was soft (i guess memory foam, so it was hard to get up). Wardrobe quite big with normal hangers. Extra pillow was available and ready. Important to mention - complimentary: coffee, dental kit, shampoo, body lotion, and even earplugs. Some people write it is noisy, i did not feel it. Anyways, you have earplugs in case it is. Big towel was indeed big. And well, blackout curtains. Very good breakfast.

Me as a person who like warm breakfast and having also vegetables that what i missed. But i would say that is only tiny thing.

Location? Chef’s kiss. Everything worth seeing (and eating) is just a stroll away, so your step count will thank you! The room was so comfy I briefly considered moving in, and the breakfast? A full-on buffet of 'treat yourself because why settle for one croissant when you can have five?

The only downside? The walls were a bit on the thin side, so I could overhear my neighbours’ midnight Olympics. Five stars for enthusiasm, zero stars for soundproofing.

The hotel has everything one could need for a basic trip. Amenities are included, even a toothbrush+toothpaste set. The rooms are simple but comfortable and clean and with enough space to move around. Breakfast was also very complete without being over the top and with good coffee, of course! All staff was very polite and helpful. In sum it's really good value for money. The hotel does not advertise more then what it offers, it's an honest, modest, nice hotel.

The staff was nice and helpful. The room was small but clean and confortable with air con which is useful at this time of the year. Good breakfast. Location was nice, on a small piazza by a church, with shops and restaurants. At walking distance from the city center.

Nearest underground station : 15’ walk.

I stayed for one night and spent two good days in Milan thanks to the rest in this hotel, here you can leave your luggage and walk to check-in, good breakfast, located near the center within walking distance, transport is also nearby, wonderful staff who will greet you well and help and show you around, special thanks and greetings to Amir

Amir is such a nice and very polite person he is at the front desk checkin and checking out was so smooth all the staff at front desk they are assume , Amir customer service is number one , I really can’t tell enough of this hotel , I will definitely will stay at this property again , Amir at front desk did help me alot they did change my room because I told Amir it was small room he next day they changed my room, I will definitely recommend this hotel 100 percent

Location was good. The breakfast was really nice with a great selection. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Amir.

25 min walk to duomo di milano, located in Navigli with a lot of great restaurants and cafés nearby

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant– the room was clean & spacious, filled with necessities. There's more than enough room to hang your coats, which was appreciated because we visited during winter time. The hotel is in a lively area, not far from the central area of Milan. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel (the tram that goes directly to Duomo), a big metro station is a 10-minute walk away. The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming, ready to help if needed. There was quite a lot to choose for breakfast, we enjoyed it. Overall, an amazing stay.
