The apartment is perfect for a family of four. It is self check-in so it’s easier and faster. The room is really clean and it has so much to offer. There is a place to cook, eat, fridge and even coffee machine to use for free. The price-quality ratio is really high, it even exceeds my expectations. Good location, just in front of a tram station.

We couldn’t close the curtains properly and you can see everything from the outside, which was a parking space. Apart from that, it was all good.

I stayed in a very comfortable studio that met all my expectations. It's close to the university and has easy access to public transport. The Wi-Fi is fast and stable. I highly recommend it and will most likely visit again.

Access to the hotel is a bit inconvenient because you have to ask the doorman at UniCentrum to open the door. Also, the lack of staff most of the time can be an issue occasionally.

Very helpful staff and manager... also serious, friendly, prompt, professional... we needed some help with the check in and the parking and we received very quickly every information. We only stayed 1 night but we could notice from the beginning that our room was being prepared very meticulous before our check in... everything clean... comfortable beds, hot water anytime day / night, clean towels.. and so on It is very close to pretty much everything. Around the corner there is a Falafel shop where you can have I think the best Falafel in town. Right on the other side there is a train station and you can get anywhere in town in only minutes. When we will come back in Koln, 100% this will be our 1st option to book it.

Comfortable and practical property for business trips or short stay. Most likely will visit again.

The access to the building has to be changed - it is a bit uncomfortable to ask the doorman to open the access to the lifts every time you want to get in. For the prices I would expect the rooms to be cleaned more often.

Good location and reasonable price, especially during the euros

It was like a sauna in our room and uncomfortable. There was a heat wave when we visited but we would have benefited from a fan in the room

Good, servicable room with basic facilities, adequate for a short stay. The apartment is right on the Tram line (Line 18), making it very accessible to when arriving by train in the city. There were a number of restaurants within easy walking distance and a supermarket across the road. Automatic checkin in is very easy.

The building itself is a little dated, but once you enter the Sleepy Design foyer it is really well presented.

ROOM HAS LOT OF SPACE. ALL INSIDE YOU NEED IF YOU WERE TO COOK. WELCOME WATER AND THE CANDY ON THE BED. ;-) NICE TOUCH. HAD A LITTLE PROBLEM PRIOR TO ARRIVING BUT HOTEL FIXED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

Near a train station so it is convenient travelling around Cologne. Has a kitchen and allow early check in.

Was a bit confusing navigating and finding the building as it is a office space and the receptionist opens the door for you to enter.

Room was cleaned bed was good size and comfy. There was everything what we need it for one night.

When we checked in we paid extra 4.95 euro but still can't get it for what.Parking area was dark and dirty .Room was very hot when opened the windows was too noisy after 10pm was ok .only we get one coffee capsules but later we seen on the corridor there was a lot 😀

Clean room and comfortable bed, there are all the essentials: fridge, dishes, coffee machine..... In the beginning there was a little quest with keys, but with the help of hints we quickly figured out how to get the key card. For 1-2 nights the option is just right.

It was very hot in the room as it was the sunny side of the house and no air conditioning. The fan did not help.
