Clean and comfortable, had a suite with a King bed so not sure how the other rooms rate, but it was very accommodating. The breakfast included scrambled eggs , sausage , biscuits and gravy, which was delicious, alongside the usual hotel breakfast items. A nice fresh grind coffee maker for delicious coffe. First time at a Best Western Plus and it was impressive 😀

The bathroom had a leak on the sink which seem to have cleared up on its own not sure what that was about. Room 302. Not sure if it’s all hotel bathrooms but it would have been nice to have working ventilation in there. Other than that everything was delightful.

We stay there every year when we visit SC, exceptional customer service with the front desk service and also the breakfast serv Ingrid who is very nice and friendly.

A little noisy in the next room and another room nearby due to baseball league. In the next room from us, they kept throwing the ball on the wall.

Breakfast was amazing. The staff was very respectful and they checked the food frequently and replenished if needed.

I was given a room key and went up to my room however the room was used and not yet cleaned. So I had to go back downstairs with my luggage and request another room. The staff was very apologetic and I was taken care of swiftly.

The breakfast was great!!! My husband is very picky but he really liked the eggs and sausages there. We spoke with Ingrid and she was very nice and attentive in the breakfast area. The location is also a plus.

There was a huge insect/cockroache crawling on the floor near the AC and then up the wall that I had to kill. Disgusting

They had a party going on in the parking lot on Saturday afternoon. When we returned from a baseball game we had a difficult time getting into the parking lot. Once we finally got to our room the music was so loud from the parking lot I could barely hear my tv. I did complain to the front desk and was told they will be here a few more hours. I did not enjoy my stay that day. Other than that it was great. I would have liked at least a sign posted with a warning of what we would be coming back to.

The room had 2 televisions and the sitting area was a good size. The bed was more comfortable than other places I have stayed.

The location of the mini fridge and microwave. I believe placement should be in the sitting room rather than the bedroom. Did not have a curtain between the sitting room and bedroom.

It was really nice and quiet. Also I had drove all night (not part of the plan). Called and asked if I could do an early checkin and was told absolutely. Checked in before the previous days out was done. I plan on making this trip again and will definitely be staying here!

The location is perfect. Two out of the three rooms were clean and comfortable. My room had trash behind the end table The breakfast was exceptionally good. I didn’t have to go to Cracker Barrel or any other place for breakfast

Very easy to get to. The reception staff was very accommodating. Very comfortable room close to the pool. We found the room very clean, however could use new carpet. Full breakfast available each morning. Well done excellent coffee machine as well.I would definitely stay here again.

Wish the pool was open a little earlier than 9:00 a.m. other than that, everything else was great

The location was perfect for our trip. It was centrally located for our travels. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The wife particularly liked the fruit and yogurt.

A small map or listing of the restaurants and other services in the area would be helpful if placed in the rooms.
