The location was great. We were able to walk to every destination we wanted to go. It felt very safe in and around the area. It was very quiet, and the bed and pillows were amazing! We enjoyed the full kitchen which was equipped with everything we needed. The room had two large flat screen TV's with lots of free movie channels.

When we arrived and initially opened the door to the room, the smell of the cleaning agents was so overwhelming that we had to open all the doors to air it out. The smell lingered for quite some time. The screen doors had problems. They were warped so we were unable to lock them. The glass sliding doors were fine and did lock. The only other thing that was a bit annoying was the parking. No designated parking spots, so we could not park in front of our room. Had to park behind the room, and lots of pine cones falling from the trees. Ouch to our car!

The staff was nice they sale firewood for the chimney. Also there is a pool table inside by the front desk. They have two jacuzzis outside in the pool area. The area is convenient because it’s surrounded by tourist attractions like the Gondola. The beds are comfortable. The vibes are like cabin vibes inside the rooms. If you stay in a studio with kitchen the hotel does provide with towels cups/plates/bowls refrigerator and oven to cook. They have a lot of available parking and it’s free.

It’s a very nice place to stay the only thing is that I didn’t like the metal table and metal bed frame and also the kitchen light was flickering it didn’t work. And then the people next door I could hear them through the walls they were kind of hollow. Also I tried using the chimney I didn’t know it wasn’t open through the top. They should put like a sign for that or something to remind people to open it because I didn’t know I was supposed to open it and I was dying with all the fumes lol. Other than that it’s a nice place.

A well appointed one bedroom unit in a good area close to everything but quiet. Nice and clean. Good WiFi. Well appointed kitchen and facilities. Fantastic comfortable bed. Staff were polite.

Whilst polite the staff didn't add a lot of value. We received no response from our various queries through the official booking.com site. We asked for a plug for the kitchen sink but received none and no communication why. A little proactivity was lacking! This despite no dishwasher yet dish rack and teatowel provided. We ended up washing our dishes in a saucepan as the hotel rules required us to wash and dry our dishes! Not good for an otherwise high class facility.

We loved the hotel’s location, close to the beach and convenient for us to get to. We stayed in the large apartment, which has a comfortable kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms – very convenient for a family. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels were soft. The pool and jacuzzi are open until 10 p.m., which is great The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking is close to the room.

The kitchen floor was very slippery, and the kitchen was not as clean as we expected The bathroom also was not clean enough in my opinion.

I liked my clean warm room, 😁 the bed and its linens and soft lofty comforter and the beautiful bathroom floors and vanity. I bring slippers and my own rug to put on that smooth cool green entry floor. The views out my window and into the property are both good. Love the therapeutic large hot outdoor shared spa pools. I appreciate the housekeeping staff, too, when I want to trade a wet towel or bath mat. The beautiful Lake and it's sunrises or sunsets in this cool time of year winter, is just a couple of blocks down the road.

Be cautious about ice and black eyes when you get out of the car or go around it. I asked and got someone to shovel around my blue accessible parking space but he didn't bother getting the ice away from the adjacent card that I mentioned had a passenger and it should be cleared , too. Those were not snow days as will come this week and throughout the rest of the winter and even spring.

The location of this hotel is great, it's within walking distance from many things. Pet friendly is a plus and getting hard to find.

I didn't actually stay here because they wanted an $90 pet deposit, in addition to the $28 a night for a dog. This wasn't listed on the website anywhere, and I didn't have the money. The front desk employee said he cancelled my reservation and I would be refunded in 5-7 business days, but booking.com doesn't have any records of this cancellation.

Ideal location for access to Heavenly. Hot tub is great after a days skiing (& was empty for us). Can’t beat the price for that location.

Unfortunately our upstairs neighbors were on a weird schedule with 3boisterous dogs- 11pm, 3am, 5:30am, & not short interludes, & not just the dogs… I didn’t ring reception as I figured there wasn’t much they could do (& didn’t want negative repercussions from upstairs), but just the folks that choose to stay here may not be the quiet & respectful sorts.

It’s got that true mountain lodge feeling, with a big pool and double decker hot tub. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

It exceeds expectations, but if your expectation is a newly modern renovated resort (which btw isn’t Tahoe) you will still be happy here but maybe a little disappointed. Don’t be disappointed! This place is awesome. It cannot be a better location, walk to the beach, village and the casinos.

Great property in a great location

They could have told us when we checked in about the beach voucher instead of us having to ask for it. We got to the lakeside beach and lugged a large wagon of stuff when they told us we had to acquire it from our hotel… we didn’t want to walk back, So what should have been 10 bucks was really 60 and was alittle mad that they didn’t even ask us when we checked in if we were going to the lake

I wasn’t able to get an early check in because they had no vacancy the night before, however they told me I could use the pool and all the amenities, they gave me a voucher for the private beach they have access to and really welcomed me. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I think I want to make this an annual visit for my family and I. Really close to everything and within walking distance to the casino and the beach. We had such a great experience.

Maybe a microwave in the room, however there is one in the lobby for people to use.
