I enjoyed location and comfort for a good price

Wouldn’t let me check in early although the place didn’t have many room s rented. Never had someone say no to checking in a bit early people drive hours. No bathroom to use had to ask he directed me to Starbucks and then they made me a purchase of coursee 4 dollar cake pop and I was able to use a restroom . If they don’t allow early check in maybe just consider a customer bathroom. No hospitality . But hey good price atmosphere and location

Great location right by Heavenly Village and the casinos. Parking was abundant and convenient right in front of the room, but I went during off-peak. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Hot tub works and was a great addition to the room. The rooms were definitely designed to be a "secret" getaway for adults to be away from their kids.

Although the rooms were clean, it's a little old and everything feels worn out. A little pricey considering there are comparable lodging nearby that are newer at the same price point.

The room was clean and quaint. The staff was friendly and they let us check in early with a fee. The location is great. Not far from everything, just far enough to be less rowdy. Quick walk to the marinade and beach. Quick walk to the casino. And many restaurants in walking distance.

Our room had a drippy bathtub faucet and we didn't realise until we were trying to sleep late-night. Otherwise it was just fine.

Location was great, very close to Lakeside beach and restaurants in walking distance (would recommend going to The Naked Fish!) Room was clean and spacious! There's even a nice sitting area in the parking lot. Parking was free too.

Check-in staff wasn't the friendliest, didn't offer 2 keys (didn't know you have to ask for 2 keys if you want them). Back parking lot seemed a little sketch but may have been because of construction at the time.

Clean Room, Nice in room hot tub, the motel location is close to a lot of other thing in the south lake Tahoe locations so there is no no need to increase your carbon footprint by driving to all the local attractions. you already added tons of carbon into the atmosphere by driving or flying hours to get here!

Safe. Proximity to downtown. Friendly staff. Fire pit.

Advertised walking distance to Lake Tahoe… when you walk down to lake you find out it is private and they charge $30 a day to visit. Sooo… you have to drive to state park 20 min. away. If I had known, I would’ve chosen a different spot because we wanted to be at the lake more than be close to downtown.

Location was great - Accessible to all Tahoe had to offer. Safe walk - even at night. Great couples romantic get-away spot. Friendly staff. Easy check in & out.

Microwave would be a great addition to the rooms. A lounge chair or sweetheart table set-up would also be nice.

Comfortable enough bed with enough pillows. I booked the room to take advantage of the spa bathtub. THAT was delightful.

The A/C unit worked but was very loud, so much so I preferred to have the windows open. Shower head didn't adjust from its wide steam, that made it difficult to rinse my hair

Well honestly the fire place was on so its put warm air out. Wish there was a ceiling fan. Had air conditioner on all the time. Which woke me up overtime it came on. I was in 111 room was quite. Till they started cutting a tree down right outside my window.

I liked the way the roses & candles were arranged on the bed & on the jacuzzi. I liked the large shower & gas fireplace. Loved the look of the room.

We did not like the mattress. It was way too soft. A bigger trash receptacle would have been nice. The room was way too cramped. Needs to be bigger & needs more soundproofing because you can hear the neighbors' every move.
