Convenience of location for trains. Room was very quiet, practical .loved having a kettle as well as a coffee maker, complimentary bottles of water. Wifi good, lots of hot water. A very good breakfast in a nice spacious room. I liked the coffee options in lounge..

Only issue was the lighting in the room..it was just a bit too dark for us..would have liked option of one bright light. The little lights at bedside were simply not good enough to read anything comfortably.

I really appreciate the overall positive impression of the room. It's clearly thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind.

However, I noticed that while the main area is pleasant and functional, there might be some considerations for those who step up to walk into a shower. Specifically, the bathroom lacks ergonomic features that could enhance safety for individuals who are stepping up. This could potentially increase the risk of falls or accidents due to trip hazards when entering or exiting the shower. It's always great to prioritize safety and comfort, especially in areas where people might be stepping up. Ensuring that the bathroom has appropriate ergonomic adjustments can significantly improve both safety and user experience for those who need this consideration.

Next to the Central Station in a nice part of town and 10 minutes walk from many restaurants and the historic centre. You’re on a transport hub local and national so getting around could not be easier. I book a junior suite which offers you what other hotels call a suite. Drinks - including a beer and a small bottle of good wine - are complimentary and so are the snacks. And they replace these at zero charge when you eat them. Needless to say, there is a fridge. Breakfast is excellent.

Showers are in the bath tubs - but it is not slippery. There is no toilet brush which is really a problem for me as I was brought up to leave the place in the way I found it.

I stayed here multiple times. Last time it was running down I think this time it was better. Maybe depends on the manager. Standard rooms are large and comfortable - some hotels would call it a mini-suite. You have a good place to sit for two besides the bed. There is a fridge and the mini bar is free, including crisps and a small bottle of wine. Breakfast is good, I would not call it exceptional. The location: if you need to get around in or outside the town, it is hard to see how you could do better. It is a minute walk to the Central Station.

Gone are the barhrobes and the slippers, which is something I like to relax. There is no shoespoon so if you wear business shoes you’re on your own. The toilet has no brush which I find particularly annoying given how I was raised by my parents. The bathroom has a shelve above the sink, try to shave and you’ll see why that is a problem. Shower is in the bath but it is not very slippery.

Excellent location - hotel is less than 5 minutes walk to the Train Station (with luggage). Direct train to the Schiphol airport goes every 30 minutes. About 15 minutes walk to the Hague center and shopping areas, such as famous De Passage. Huge park just outside the hotel. Very helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms with comfy beds. Good breakfast with freshly baked loafs of bread, wide variety of fruits, meats, cheeses and hot dishes. There is a bar on the 1st floor which is open till late. Next time traveling for work to Hague will definitely be staying here again.

Location is perfect. Close to train and tram station. Spacious room that is great for family (we stayed with two adults and two kids). The Hague has so many options to do and lots of lovely restaurants.

Staff could have been a bit friendlier at times. We stayed there for over a week but couldn't enter our room (1 adult with 2 kids on her own) 5 minutes earlier than checking in time. We had to wait in the lobby for an hour. That was a bit disappointing.

Stayed for the second time and again not disapointed. Very friendly staff and we got an upgrade with free minibar. Comfortable room, bed and shower and good breakfast Very important: the gym. You'll get a pass for the quite chique Sportcity nextdoors. Best feature: location. Next to The Hague central station with connections everywhere. Underneath is a huge Q-park, which costs only 17 euros for 24 hrs in weekends if you make a reservation in advance.

Room had a dull view at the back of offices, but that's. ll.

The location is unbeatable if you’re traveling around AND if you wish to visit The Hague. The rooms are excellent, breakfast is good, staff are very friendly AND efficient. Free minibar (woke beverages though) and coffee and tea in the room. It is a very good hotel.

Full carpet in the room - it was clean but I still prefer vinyl or lamina or wood. There was no toilet brush and in my case I generally need one to leave a presentable toilet behind. Finally there was no shoespoon.

Convenient location if you travel by train. Rooms are fine.

Breakfast was fine albeit a bit pricey for the quality. Some of the cut fruits were from the prior day and slightly fermented- I tried them twice and left them after a couple of spoons. The rest was acceptable. I just had a much better breakfast in a London hotel for the same price and prices in London are usually higher.
