The apartment was cute and the beds comfortable. Nice to discover a bottle of wine to enjoy on the terrace upon arrival. The hosts were responsive. Easy walk to the Mafra Palace & some restaurants. Cookie on the bed.

Parking was a bit unclear on arriving, but the host sent us a diagram. We were able to get a nearby spot. Not all of the beds were made up & ready to sleep in. We needed a different arrangement than the hosts 'assigned' to us.

It's in a good location in/near the city center within walking distance of the national palace and within a short drive to other places of interest. The house was clean and the kitchen well supplied with pots, pans, utensils, etc. There's a nice terrace on the top for eating/relaxing outside. They also added some nice touches: the bath towels were folded on the beds with bottles of water and packages of cookies, and there was a bottle of wine in the kitchen. Liliana was very quick to respond when we had a question or concern. It's about a 35 minute drive to the airport in Lisbon, so it's close enough if you want to stay there if you're flying out of Lisbon. There is also parking in the street across from the house; parallel parking.

There are a lot of stairs in the house because the house is narrow and vertical, so there's only one or two rooms on each level. It's just something to be aware of if you have difficulty with stairs or will be hauiling heavy suitcases. A minor issue we had was with the code for the lockbox for the house keys: the communication through Booking said the box code would be sent to us, but we had to ask for it.

Super easy check in and very responsive host. All questions were answered quickly. The property is extremely clean and you can see that the hosts took some extra steps and put some extra thought into equipping this property. I highly recommend it!

The property is stylish and modern, comfortable and convenient. Parking on the street outside the house.

We totally enjoyed our stay

Great apartment! The owner left a bottle of wine for us, which we enjoyed on the lovely. patio. The location was perfect. Quick walk into town and to the Palace.

The house was not cleaned when we arrived the bed linen was not changed but the owners did get the cleaners in and clean the house while we went to dinner.

Everything. Large space, clean room, great location in the central area, and a lovely bottle of wine to welcome us. I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Mafra for 1 or 2 days. Highly recommended!

Nothing to complain.

Perfect location to the centre of town. Very easy to find and to settle in. We had a really lovely time and strongly recommend it to people who don't mind a few steps. Perfect for us.
