The location is wonderful. Located 30 minutes from downtown Lisbon, Sintra, Cabo de Roca, Cascais. about an hour's drive from Óbidos. The apartment itself was clean as well as the yard. The area is very quiet and pleasant. The beds are comfortable with clean sheets and the room sizes are adequate. There is daily cleaning.

What we did not like is that it is very dark in the evening on the stairs from the parking lot to the apartment. The place itself needs more maintenance - some doors don't close, the ceiling lights in the rooms don't work and it's a bit dark in the rooms, the whole apartment smells damp and musty. But it's not unbearable. An oven can be added because it is missing.The hair dryer in the room was not working.

The location, the view, the territory, the room (we had a studio). The bed was very comfortable for sleep while the breakfast was served nicely in the covered terrace with the view and nice music.

The only thing that surprises: we had a coffee machine in the room as well as a kettle, but not even one capsule or tea-bag was given even on the arrival day. I do not know how this works, but in case you do not provide it then please indicate this in the check-in instructions beforehand (we have these capsules at home and would be okay to take some with us, but we didn’t have a chance).

Old manor house in the forest close to Lisbon and Sintra. The location is great, practically in the woods, the facilities are nice, the pool is quite big, the room is large, the beds are confortable, We did not use the kitchen because of a short stay, but it looked like everything one could need was there. Very quiet neighborhood. Lots of parking, breakfast ok. Excellent for dogs.

The bathroom a bit too small, both the sink and the shower door glass are very narrow, so quite uncomfortable for teeth washing or getting into or out of the shower. It seems an older wine cellar converted into a bathroom. No air-conditioning, only a fan, but at night the temperature drops significantly, so none was needed.

Breakfast was presented well but as we stayed four days it would have been great for the children to have some variety , and more fruit , fresh fruit juice would have been a real bonus also in a coutry where fruit is hanging from the trees , the young woman working the whole system was busy and very patient .

Very kind of host to offer a welcome for pets , one of the clients ( Visitor ) dogs was left by owners all day for a few days was clearly distressed and they were negligent about cleaning up after the dog which meant the children ran a risk for running into ( Doggie poo ) on the grass and could have ended up in pool .

The room turned out to be very spacious — it seems it used to be some sort of family dining area. A huge bed, a sofa, and a rocking chair. A very unusual bathroom with a cylindrical-shaped bathtub. There is access to a balcony with a wonderful view. A coffee machine is available in the kitchen. Delicious breakfast.

As for the downsides, the mattress on the bed is rather soft than firm, but that's a matter of personal preference. Several times during the night, we were woken up by a dog staying inside the house. The dog is wonderful, but still. It’s evident that the house needs some cosmetic attention — for example, due to the absence of drainage pipes from the roofs (apparently a feature of Portuguese construction from that era), rainwater collects on the surfaces of the roofs, leading to peeling paint. Also, the telescopic retractable sunshade system wasn’t working: the remote control didn’t function, likely because the batteries were dead.

It was too far from the airport since a lot of traffic on the road took me more than expected. I arrived at night and it was hard to find my way to the property and then into the room. Except the local pizza there was no restaurant or food or supermarket around and the room had coffee or tea or anything to welcome me. The shower was not so comfortable no fresh air in the shower. The door to my neighbors was not isolated and there was a lot of noise from the neighbors children. Yet, It is a nice room really decorated and in the morning the view was beautiful breakfast was nice and the air was nice and birds singing it was nice to wake up in the room.

Fantastic location in green area with a view on the hills. Close to big roads and cities, but quiet and easy to reach. Very authentic design in farm style. Original bathtub in the tower, perfect for companies or families. Independent central heating system! Good quality modern windows. Original location for breakfast in open air under the roof. Good selection of fresh pastry and continental breakfast. In good weather great option to use open air swimming pool. Plants of space and toys for kids.

In general it was a great experience. Communication with management can be improved.

Great comunication with the host. Quick check in and easy and Quick check out. The apartament was great with country views. Rustic and country Style place. Total silent ind the night and early birds in the morning make us fell almost in heaven. Friendly and family enviroment all the time. Great staff and great breakfast in a terrace by the pool. Because we love dogs, our full love is going to Bluey... Loving Bluey forever❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🐕 We will be back for sure. One of the best places we already have been. Recomended 200%

I was surprised by how spacious and clean the rooms were in our apartment, including the bathroom. The beds and shower were comfortable. It was well-heated in December. There was also a shared kitchen if you needed to warm up something, which I didn't know before our arrival. The self-check-in process was fast and simple. The price was very reasonable for Lisbon's surroundings.

The entrance door to the building could not be closed (the automatic lock was stuck), so anyone could enter it. A group of young men were having a party by the outdoor pool, including loud music until midnight, which disturbed sleep, but I guess it was our bad luck. The breakfast was served only from 8:30 am, so if you need to leave sooner, bad luck. It seems too far from Lisbon if you do not have a car or do not want to take a taxi.

A beautiful hidden gem strategically located near Lisbon, Cascais and Sintra (20 minutes each way).. This place is absolutely stunningly beautiful, an oasis of peace with lots of green, spectacular views, tranquil vibe, gorgeous rooms(!!!), perfect facilities (the pool and garden are just lush), amazing breakfast, super friendly staff/ Bruno and ofcourse, Bluey the friendly dog <3. A dream location (yeah the photos are real!!)! Also close to the beach, very good restaurants and the train. Perfect location, as a holiday destination in itself or as a base to explore the Lisboa/ Cascais and Sintra area. The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t stay longer.. Definitely coming back!
