Stayed here many times on my way in and out of Japan via Narita Airport. Was on my way out this time. Always thankful for the location, so close to the train station when I roll in, five minute max walk. Always pleasant front desk staff. Room is definitely small, but spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. As usual, took the convenient and free shuttle to the airport. Will I stay again? I’ve already booked for when I get back to Japan two weeks from now.

The room was small but perfect for my needs. Very comfortable. This was for the night before catching my flight the next day at NRT. They offer a free shuttle in the morning and late afternoon, but the times did not work out for me. No problem because it is a few blocks from the train station and less than 30 minutes to the airport. Cute town to spend time in as well.

As above, it would have been nice to have the times to the free shuttle work for me, but as I said this was really no problem because the train was so easy and convenient to take at my convenience.

Services were great! We arrived early and left our backpacks n smaller luggage with the reception. We also informed them about our bigger luggage being sent via tac-q-gin. Upon our return in the evening for formal checkIn, we were pleasantly surprised that all our bags n luggage were already delivered to our room. 🙌👍😊‼️ Train stations, Food and convenient outlets are within walking distance from the hotel. More cafes and restaurants are available along a walking street leading to a huge temple ground Naritasan Shinsho-ji We were also able to book the shuttle bus transfer to Narita Airport.

The hotel is great when you're just visiting Narita or need to stop there on the way to/from the airport. Location is very convenient right by the Narita station, with a convenience store ~50 meters from the hotel. There are 3 paid washing machine/dryer combos, but what's great is you can see their status from you room tablet. That way you know if any of them are free and plan your laundry accordingly. We had a problem with a ceiling vent making a strange noise, but the desk staff was super helpful and fixed it with a bit of duct tape. They also offered us a free airport shuttle, which we didn't even know we could sign up for. Definitely take advantage of it, the ride was fast and much more comfortable than taking your luggage to a crowded train. Other than that the room had everything you need for the night and was clean.

We were a bit scared at first because there was a leaflet about bed bug desinfection at the front desk, but i guess it's just a precaution because there weren't any.

Staff friendliness, comfortable bed, amenities, location, access to ice machine, laundry machine, vending machines and microwave. Even the cleaning staff said good morning to us and we're so friendly. Thank you for letting us stay there!

We were taking the bus shuttle to the airport and a bus arrived, however when it did one staff member told us "the bus is still arriving" which made us think there was a different bus we were waiting on. Turns out that that was the correct bus and the bus driver got a tad irritated because we were standing by watching him load all the luggage and get the other passengers on. He noticed us right when he was done and seemed exasperated that he had to load more and undo some of the ties, which I completely understand. So the only complaint I had was a tiny mistranslation error. Sorry for the inconvenience

The location was perfect - I was able to walk to a car rental spot which made it possible to attend an event and just barely be on time, which was a huge relief. There are two Lawson's convenience stores within a 4 minute walk, and the staff was very friendly. Also, a friend from a different event didn't book any hotels ahead of time, and no rooms were available anywhere nearby. At 3am after driving back to Narita from Ibaraki, we were able to get my friend onto the Meet Inn WiFi so he could book a taxi and get to the shinkansen station in Tokyo at least, and hang out in the lobby to get out of the rain. Thanks to the staff, he was able to make it to our event in Kyoto somewhat early the next day. When I woke up later to make my own way to the shinkansen station, the staff were all very eager to see if my friend was alright, and if they were able to get everything sorted. These were small touches, but in the moments, it was very, very warm and welcoming, and was very appreciated!

The only thing I would say that could be improved is the size of the rooms. We were able to fit 2 people and 2 large bags each, and sleep comfortably without issue, it was just a bit small. Not a deal breaker, just an observation.

Meeting was very easy to find, though navigating the Keisei Narita train station was a little difficult to find the right exit, but once we found it, the hotel was right there, a block away. Though the rooms were small, everything about the hotel was comfortable and neat and clean, and the staff was terrific. Great value!

The bathtub was high, and there was a step into it that one had to be careful not to trip

Very convenient location. 4 min walk to Kesei station. Temple and town are just up the hill. Shuttle bus worked well for me, as it matched the time of my flight. Room was very quiet but small. I would have to move my suitcase to alternate between access to bathroom or the door out.

Not many shuttle buses. If I remember correctly there was only 3 or 4 going to airport. But not a big problem really when you are so close to station. The trains to airport started just after 5am, and they are cheap

The whole check in, check out, and luggage holding process was quick and easy. The staff was professional and helpful, the location is excellent and convenient, the price was very reasonable at the time of booking, and just about had all the facilities I would need and want.

It may have been user error, but I couldn't get the air conditioning to cool the room very well. Nothing bad enough to make me lose sleep over it though.
