Very good price for such a great location. The owners are on-sight and were so friendly and accommodating. It's a small place, maybe 5 units, and felt so secluded and safe, but right in the middle of everything. Loved it and would stay again!

It is a tiny six room hotel. It sits between a bunch of big chain hotels. The rooms are nice little studio style rooms. The staff is very attentive and keeping up with linens and towels. They are a short walk to the beach which was real nice because you have to pay to park everywhere. The photos are places I visited while in Florida.

I enjoyed my whole stay at this hotel. There was not one thing about it I didn't like.

The couple that own/run this place couldn't be any nicer, that starts the stay off right. The location is perfect and the pool was nice to take a dip in after a day of beach walking and restaraunt hoping.The queen room was spacious enough for the two of us, and if we had kids them to.

Bring your own pillows, coffee maker and you'll be set.

What a wonderful family . Very friendly and they all work extremely hard . The room was great and so clean . The Kitchen had utensils/plates/ glasses and a wine glass (thank you) There was a pull out futon and a table . Our dog liked looking out the window. They had a separate bedroom with two beds . I would definitely recommend this place . We Will be back again . ☺️

Location was everything. Walking distance to anything you could need. I traveled alone and did not rent a car. The property was perfect distance to anything I wanted to check out. Owners super nice, checking in to see if I needed anything. Noise from main street loud, but that’s not the properties fault! Would stay here again in a heart beat. Felt safe and secure traveling alone.

I give you 5+ stars the owner is spectacular the place is perfect ….the comfortable room ….pizzeria at one foot, the liquor store 2 feet , the market ,3 feet all close …you can use chair and beach umbrella that are on the property!!!!! friendly guests!!! I recommend it 💪💪👍👍thank you

Location is great! Downtown Clearwater Beach. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, etc.Parking is free, which is a great value in this area. The room we had, #4, was very spacious, clean; had microwave, frig, small kitchenette, small dining table, coffee maker. Bed was comfortable. Table and chairs outside door; pool view.

Only downside was our first night there, young people in pool were very noisy from about 10pm-1am. No problem the next two nights of our stay.

Very friendly and attentive owner. It was very clean and a walk to wherever you wanted to go. I will definitely be back, and I let the owner know that I have recommended 2 couples that will book in August.

Very friendly managers! Great value. Excellent location. The room and furnishings were basic and not modern but clean and well-maintained. The TV was a flat screen appropriate size and had full Spectrum cable service. Very comfortable bed. If you want a fancy four or five-star hotel you will be disappointed. If you would like a comfortable room with a small complete kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove with oven and a good value it is a great choice. I would go back.

bed was nice and clean, room needs some little touch ups, shower a little outdated, pool is clean and parking was great. Close to the beach and restaurants.
