The staff and the hotel itself was wonderful. We had a great lady helping us at breakfast in so sorry I can’t remember her name.

I booked this room for the garden tub with jets. The tub jets were disgusting and dirty, black poured out and left tub dirty. I was so disappointed. Several towels we had also were dirty with make up or stains

The lady at front desk was extremely helpful, she told about the hotel and offered to sign me up for rewards. I was very surprised the she was so friendly. Her name was Jane, I think. Breakfast was really good and plenty of choices. It is an older property, but very well maintained.

My room had heat/ cooling unit that was extremely noisy and I was told about renovations coming in the spring.

Everyone at the property from front desk, room, attendance, breakfast personnel, any and all employees I had contact with were fantastic. Unfortunately, I have lost several names, but the names I do have are shouts too, Quinterra and Meg.

Everyone was very nice. The hotel was clean. And, honestly, the Zero % shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion was amazing. I would definitely recommend.

The ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn't working. But that wasn't a major deal.

rooms were clean but a little dated. the air conditioning in the room was awesome. great location. the staff was so so friendly and accommodating. my son in the military and breakfast was about to end the cook asked him if he wanted something to eat and fixed him what he asked for without hesitation. lobby and pool area were clean and nice.

Breakfast is/was awesome!! Very tasty each morning and fresh, great options to choose! Location is great with several eating options available and right off the main road in town. Overall, a great stay and would stay again if and when in the area! Also, the cookies are delightful.

The only downside is the bed was too soft for my liking. Overall, a great stay!

The staff went above and beyond!! Our stay was on my great grandson's birthday. The staff went out of their way to recognize him and make him feel special!! Our room was spotless and comfortable! We will be staying again.

Your staff here is exceptional…I never felt like I was a bother when I asked questions. Everyone was courteous, professional and seemed to enjoy their job. I have stayed in several Hampton Inns in several different states and though they were all good this one beats them all. Great work!! We stayed an extra night when we have family we planned to stay with our entire visit. We definitely recommend Hampton Inn, Columbus Ga.
