Lynn, the receptionist at check in, was extremely helpful and friendly, helping us to change our booking without fuss due to unexpected circumstances. Our room was as expected; we particularly liked the quiet location, easy electronic key access, excellent shower and added extras provided in the kitchenette. The beds were comfortable and check out was seamless. We also liked the location. After returning home, we needed to contact the hotel - Jack's help was very much appreciated, making our visit one that we we will remember fondly.

Bed was comfortable and the room was well appointed. Very clean and the layout was good. The lamps had dim bulbs which was nice, I'm not big on super bright lighting, personal preference. The little complimentary breakfast bag was a nice surprise !

There was abit of an odour immediately noticeable when I walked in. It just smelled like stagnant water in the pipes so not really something that can be remedied easily. The walls are not very soundproof. I could very easily hear every single noise coming from the room next door, and they weren't making overly loud noises. It was just normal things like the television, coughing and general noises so the walls might be really thin?

We appreciated having access to a free laundry. Staff were very helpful and didn't make you feel uncomfortable when making requests. We had a very comfortable stay. We were also given a microwave to have in our Unit, which was great as we had become tired of eating out. The complimentary bag of breakfast supplies was a nice touch too.

We stayed in room 2013, one of the hardwired reading lamps did not work, and the bulb in the bedside table lamp had blown. I am sure if we reported this it would have been fixed. We had a twin bed room, so it was easy for us to choose the other bed. The car park bitumen was very sticky, presumably from sap from the nearby trees. This made a mess on the soles of our shoes, and we were tracking leaves into the Unit and our hire car. I am not sure if anything can be done about it, maybe a hot detergent wash?

My wife and I stayed at the Carlyle over a weekend and enjoyed our time here! We came over from Canberra after both of us had finished work that night, and the after hours check in was both convenient and super easy. When we arrived, we found that the AC in our room was dripping, but the manager was extremely gracious and offered us another room for the night so it could be serviced the next day. Both rooms were extremely pleasant and comfortable, and we both could've easily spent the day relaxing in our room if we didn't have plans! Unfortunately, the AC dripped again during the night when we returned to our original room, but it didn't affect our stay negatively at all.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the room rate was very reasonable. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The location is excellent with about a 10 minute walk to the city centre. I recommend this hotel to all. It must be noted that there are 2 floors with the upper floor being accessed by stairs only, and no lift/ elevator is available. Those with mobility issues should request a ground floor room when booking. I will definitely stay here when I next visit Wagga.

The only thing I didn't like was the absence of a Lift/ Elevator to access the upper floor.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I travelled a long way on my own to meet my son there, so it was lovely to go somewhere where the staff made you feel at home. The guest laundry was a bonus and appreciated. I would recommend Carlyle to friends for sure!

The only thing was that I needed to carry my suitcases upstairs but a minor thing and not really something that would change my rating.

The room was lovely and clean. Carpets were plush and made you want to get comfortable and take your shoes off. Lounge was comfy, so were the bed and pillows. We have no concerns with our stay.

There was nothing of concern to report that made us not like our stay. Some small suggestions that we like is having designated parking in relation to the room you are staying in so it is more convenient to keep an eye on your vehicle. Also a microwave and some additional cutlery like forks would be handy when dining in the room.

I was expecting an old worldy place and the motel was terrific. My room was really big, the bathroom recently refitted and beautifully clean. Whilst I was in Wagga we had an absolutely freezing snap and the heating in the room was perfect. Bedding, work table and chairs, TV, fridge etc were all as good as brand new. The lady who greeted me at reception was lovely and it really did feel like country hospitality. The town centre is only 5 minutes walk and there were plenty of eateries even though it was a Tuesday night. I have never been to Wagga and I was really impressed wit h what a lovely clean and orderly regional city it is. There are also parks nearby and riverside walks. All terrific.

There were some very noisy guests early in the carpark on the second morning but that is nothing that the motel can control. It was a very lovely place and location.

Loved the location. Lovely lady at Reception to welcome us. Also kept us updated on a water/sewer issue that they were having. All was sorted before 6.30pm. Highly appreciated her recommendation of having breakfast at "Henry" which is at The Lawson Riverside Suites, across the road a little bit.

The shower rose in our room was spraying water from the join in the outlet whilst being used. Just a case of wear and tear but would be better fixed.

Nothing in particular with the hotel itself. It was honestly unreal and I will be back. But we had annoying neighbours with young kids who where playing and screaming all night and early morning. They had a kids show on that was so loud we could clearly hear word for word in our room through the wall. They had no manners at all slamming doors at all hours of the night Really wrecked out stay, where kept up late and woken up before 8am But I understand this is no issue of the hotel their service and the accommodation itself was great
