The size of the suite was amazing--two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large common room, kitchen, all for an amazing price! We also loved the pool and enjoyed a summer evening out there. Breakfast was also very good (we didn't think it was amazing at the time but we went on to stay at 5 other hotels on the trip and in retrospect this was the best breakfast we had). We also appreciated the bedding for the sofa bed already being in the room (not always the case at other hotels).

Room seemed clean but there was a funky odor that was off-putting. Two of us scraped our foot badly on the filter at the bottom of the deep end of the pool. "Fitness center" was super lame, with just two treadmills and nothing else.

pet charge was excessive front desk clerk couldn't seem to find reservation ..... asked front desk clerk for suggestion of where to go to get something to eat, after looking at a a piece of paper for minutes said he wasn't sure and since he didn't live in charleston he didn't know anywhere to recommend........... surely we weren't the fist people to ask and the basic requirement from someone working the front desk would be a basic idea of the local area

Was one morning when restaurent operator didnt show up ,so no breakfast, but the other 3 days was good. Nice quiet forest with deer around and near a +160 acre historic cemetery where celtic festival was being held.

It's excellent for families , tho that means some kids sometimes are noisy in hallways,but thankfully not at bedtime

I was passing through the area and was looking for a place to stop at that was not right in the middle of a town or on a busy street so this was perfect. It was so quiet and lovely there in a beautiful natural woodsy setting. Check-in was a breeze. The receptionist was extremely helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good. I had booked a studio, but there was not one available so I got a 1-bedroom suite for the same price, which was very economical, I thought. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I booked the two bedroom queen suite with full kitchen. I loved the size of the room and that I had full sized fridge and full sized stove with fully stocked cabinets. My daughter had her own room and bathroom. The staff was very friendly and even helped me print some work documents

This is a problem at most hotels with breakfast... the meat choices were all pork so I couldn't enjoy it.

The breakfast was good, but I liked the human served breakfast better in the past.

Clean the dog hair out of my room. I don't have dogs and I walked on the floor in my socks and had dog hair all over them

I don't know the layout of Charleston but this felt a little more outside the city than it looked on the map. Fine. The place was clearly popular as every room was full. The staff were super nice and the pool was big. The rooms were fine.

The location was great, the staff couldn’t be nicer, the breakfast was good, the price was right and, above all, it was clean, which is the most important thing to me!

The bed was uncomfortable and weirdly noisy. Whenever you moved, it made a noise. So the nights sleep was not as restful as it could have been.

The space was fantastic for a family - plenty of comfy spaces for us to spread out after a day of adventuring. Breakfast offered several varieties. The pool & outdoor space looked lovely, we just didn’t have time to enjoy it.

Breakfast was not good. The location was great! Everything about the stay was great. The room was spacious, it was quiet. Very safe. The breakfast could use some spicing up :)
