This hotel was in a good, easy to find location. The staff was very friendly and helpful at checkin! My daughter and I really enjoyed the breakfast, she loves her waffles! Everything was extremely clean and inviting and if I knew I could bring my dog I would have but that's ok now I know for next time. We didn't have time to enjoy the pool but it also looked clean and very well kept. The price was just right for my budget at the time.

There was nothing I didn't like, everything was very clean and comfortable. I just wish I could've stayed longer.

The breakfast was decent. Good location for the food area. Easy to find additional items such as salt, pepper, butter, etc. Even with several young groups in the hotel our room was quiet and we didn't hear traffic noise as we have with other hotels in the area. As a former firefighter my husband was pleasantly surprised to see three sprinklers in the room. We also appreciated the extra ports for plugging in all of our electronics.

Better pillows. The four standard size pillows were thin and looked tiny and out-of-place on the king size bed. They were not adequate enough for two adults to prop up in bed to watch TV comfortably. The room also lacked a convenient place to sit down to eat.

The property was easy to access, outside looked nice, pool area was clean and the pool and hot tub were appropriate temperatures, lobby was clean and welcoming, staff was very friendly and helpful, patio area was nice to sit out on.

Bathroom was slightly dirty-hair in the corners of the floor, etc. Beds were too plush for my liking but that is a personal preference. Overall not too bad.

Was a little worried based on some of the reviews, but very surprised and happy with how well my experience went! Check in process was smooth, hot tub was AMAZING and pool was heated! Room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was good. I loved this trip and will definitely book again.

The location was close to attractions in Dubuque. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. They provided plenty of breakfast choices and the food tasted good. We also accidentally left an expensive item behind and when we called to see if the item was found, it had been. The person we talked to was friendly and super helpful!!!

The elevator seemed a bit sketchy but it worked just fine. The toilet in our room wasn't the best at flushing. We needed to hold the handle down and at times needed to flush several times to get the job done.

Beds were extremely comfy and immediate hot water in the shower. Breakfast had many options - hot items, cereal, make yourself waffles, cold items - lots to choose from and impressive spread.

Service was bad - check in person seemed put out to be there. Later we couldn't get into our room and nobody was staffed up front, but you could call. I did and told her our room number which she recognized it immediately - it turned out we had to turn our door handle UP and it will open then. Maybe put a sign on that door or fix it if its a known issue.

We were satisfied with the hot breakfast. It was comparable to other breakfast offerings that we have encountered in a variety of hotels.

We did have a couple housekeeping issues. I had to wipe down an end table that had an obvious beverage spill. Also, there was no shampoo provided and only one small soap. It seemed like housekeeping services may have been rushed.

The price was right!!!

Seems like the cleaning wasn't finished. One of the beds didn't have a bedspread. There was a bouncy ball that a child would play with in the middle of the room, and the soap package was opened at one end and looked like it could have been used.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and great location. The pool was warm and hot tub hot. Breakfast was delicious with different options.

Only complaint-very minor- the hot tub bubbles only stay on for 10min and the switch is around d the corner so your constantly getting out.

Very clean and updated

It was amazing until your house keepers were banging on my door at 1030 talk about almost check and I was sleeping still. I kno when check out is and hopefully the next time I stay that don’t happen again
