What an amazing service! It started even before reaching the hotel... We called to ask for an early check-in on a very rainy day. Chelsea from the reception said she will call us if our 2 rooms will be ready before check-in time. Chelsea actually called and we checked in earlier. Then we asked to change my daughter's and grandchildren room to our floor. Again, Chelsea with the help of the hotel manager upgraded my daughter's room with no extra charge. Rommel from reception saw us refilling water bottles and came rushing with new bottels for us!! Every staff member we met were so friendly and helpful! The location of the hotel is fantastic. It's located in a park along Bow River. We walked for hours in the beautiful scenery surrounding the hotel. There are many restaurants just next to the hotel so we actually didn't move our car for three days!

We travel globally about half the year but this was our first stay in a Day’s Inn. We were so impressed. First, all the staff were efficient, warmly professional, and each was obviously personally committed to doing the best job possible. We noticed it repeatedly. The double queen room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet providing excellent sleep. The breakfast was good & provided a solid start to the morning. The woman looking after the breakfast room was attentive and constantly refreshing the provisions and keeping the tables clean. Whoever is doing the hiring is doing an excellent job. We will definitely stay here again.

Only 1 elevator so at peak times had to wait a couple of minutes.

The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Lots of parking available. The room was a good size and the beds were quite comfortable. The staff were constantly working to keep the place clean. I used the laundry facilities and both machines worked well.

Unfortunately the elevator was broken the day we arrived so we got our exercise. However, they did fix it as quickly as possible (the end of day). The lighting of the hotel made it seem dark in many places The pool was in the basement and although the area was spotless it just seemed uninviting. The TV was a bit frustrating as it took a bit of time to understand its nuances and get the CC working.

We were warmly greeted on arrival and the staff were very helpful during our stay. The room had all the amenities one would expect at hotels charging much more. For example, the room had a microwave oven, a mini-fridge with freezer, coffee maker, tea kettle, desk, TV, and air conditioner. Breakfast was great (eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, cereal, toast, fruit, etc.), and was available starting at 6 a.m. There was 24-hour coffee and tea. The location was very convenient to highway 22, but the units were not affected by road noise. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff here is exceptional - very friendly, generous, and helpful. This was our best hotel stay on our recent trip into Canada. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area. For breakfast a good variety of eggs, sausage, yogurt, cookies and muffins and more. Coffee and a nice variety of teas available all the time plus ramen noodles. The pool was good, nice temperature and a shower with soap for rinsing before/ after swimming. Close to restaurants etc.. outside the back of the hotel just a walk to the river but it was raining so we didn't go.

We booked last minute after issues with previous booking and were pleasantly surprised at how much you get for the price: breakfast, snacks, pool, hot tub, parking and very friendly staff. The location is a 5 minute drive to downtown and there are food places walking distance. Thanks for a great service.

The pool seemed to lack changing facilities and the tiles were stained so gave the impression of being dirty when it probably wasn’t.

Traveling in Canada for the first time we looked for affordable accommodations close to Banff. The Days Inn was the perfect choice. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by very friendly and polite hosts. Our rooms were exceptionally clean with nice amenities. The breakfast served was the best I’ve had at a Days Inn. We couldn’t have asked for more. It is obvious that the owners/host take their job seriously.

The most impressive thing was the hotel's breakfast—so abundant! The hotel room is very spacious, and the bathroom is large and clean. The reception was very nice, check-in was quick, and the explanations were thorough.

Hardly any, but if there is one, it's that the air conditioner's operation is quite complicated. We wanted to turn it off to sleep well, but it seems we couldn't.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome.

Only one thing stands out. I was not impressed with the pillows on the beds. Pillows are a key factor to a good night's sleep. They were not good quality and all very thick. There were 4 pillows on each bed all the same. There should have been a variety of thicknesses. Many people prefer a flat pillow, easier on the neck. Was glad I brought my own.

Our stay was very comfortable and the kids enjoyed the overall experience. We had to move out early in the morning, so we could not experience the pool. It is recommended as the property is close to Banff/Yoho. Breakfast options were plenty however having boiled eggs added to the breakfast menu would be awesome. The room, courteous staff, and amenities.

Nothing noteworthy but the AC/Fan control on the walls could be replaced with a remote control.
