Very good location, proper front-desk with friendly&stylish :) staff, clean room, calm; the backyard it's located in can only be entered with a code/key at night (good for safety). My room (top floor) got a bit warm, but there's air con. I also could leave my luggage after checkout. Did not try the breakfast. Keep in mind that top floors don't have an elevator. I don't count it as negative as it's clear from the description, but maybe communicate with them beforehand in terms of which floor you wanna be on.

The beds were comfortable. A bottle of water was prepared in the room:) A kettle, cups, coffee/tea/sugar are available in the room. For breakfast, there were some options to choose from: dairy products, eggs, grilled pork (only one morning out of four:(, sausages, some vegetables; tasty ground coffee. The receptionists were trying to do their best: e.g. called a taxi, found the direction when they were asked for, etc.

The room wasn't cleaned on the first day. There were no fruits for breakfast (at least fruit salad could be served) No choice of cookies. What was really frustrating was that the stuff (except for one lady) were unable to speak English which means it is almost impossible to ask anything or get advice. It seems this is the problem of all Poland. It was rather dark in the room (if you are on business and have to work, it may cause a problem). NB There are steep stairs even to enter the hotel.

The location is very central, right on the main road, yet tucked away in a quiet internal courtyard, providing a peaceful escape from city noise. The staff was incredibly helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless.

Nothing, I enjoyed my stay there.

- perfect location on the mainstreet - parking is free, but you have to drive to the back of the building. Better ask for the exact adress of the parking spot in advance - comfortable beds - very clean - good value for money

- breakfast is good but also pretty basic - walls are thin. You can hear conversations from the room next to you (our room was 202) - wifi was pretty bad. Maybe this was a problem with the internet connection in general which was very slow in our room

It is at an excellent location, right on the main street. Still, it has a parking lot opening to the paralell street, offering easy and free parking, which is exceptional in this downtown area. Rooms were OK, windows opening to the inner yard, which is not the best view, but was very quiet in exchange. Staff was very kind, we got an invoice and all the help we needed. Breakfast is nice.

If you are restriscted in movement, dont choose this hotel, because it opens from an inner yard, you have to climb steps to enter the reception, and there is no elevator in the hotel. For us, it didnt cause a problem, but for some, it might be problematic.

The location of the hotel is very close to the Piotrkowska street. There was a small kitchen in the room with a microwave and a kettle.

There was no elevator in the hotel so it might be difficult to get up the stairs to your room with lugages.

Great location, right in the centre of the high street, short walk to transport links and at the same time peaceful and quiet. Spacious room with comfy beds. Staff very discreet, wonderful place to stay when visiting busy city.

Everything was perfect. No lift, but claiming to the top 4th floor was OK, only 80 stairs in total.

Free parking, good location (despite majority of Lodz looking like construction site), working aircon.

Noisy street if one prefers to sleep with window open, breakfast isn’t enjoyable at all, parking and facilities are apart so if you simply looking for a sleepover on your journey through Poland - pack a small bag you can carry to the room.

Good wifi, private outisde paid parking (a bit of a walk from hotel), OK breakfast, good AC, comfy bed, has kettle, good location, OK TV (a bit too small), good staff

Bad soundproofing (noise from outside and other rooms), not much natural light, lots of stairs, had someone walk into my room in the morning

As said by many others... The location, staff, breakfast were all excellent. This is my third time here. Will always come back.
