It was very clean with a modern decor. Very convenient location for our purposes. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Everything one might need for an overnight stay is in the room or close by. Fantastic AC.

This is clearly an older property with issues that no remodel can really address. Small things like: the in room coffee service-a keurig compatible brewer with coffee pods, very nice-must be moved to the other side of the vanity because that’s where the only outlet is. The TP is behind the BR door, which means you have to close the door to use the commode but you can’t close the door while actually sitting on the commode because the space is too small. These are fairly minor issues that really only stand out compared to the rest of the property, mainly because they have really worked hard to upgrade and modernize the place.

I was promptly greeted when I got to lobby by a friendly gentleman. He was very helpful. The breakfast selection was nice, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, 2 sizes of waffles, and the usual continental breakfast selections too. It was clean and all the staff I came in contact with were friendly.

There were a few fees on my check out receipt that I don’t quite understand, but as I’m already gone (they emailed the receipt), I’m not going to let it bother me.

If you're in Prescott valley and you need a comfortable and clean place to stay without the frills, this is it. There's a pool. A lobby to purchase incidentals. Delicious continental breakfast. The room is basic. But the beds were so comfortable and the price? Can't be beat. Quiet. Restaurants & shopping right across the street.

I liked everything. I was pleasantly surprised I was expecting a bottom of the line hotel & instead we had a clean, quiet, comfy place to stay. I wouldn't think twice about staying there again.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. The location was convenient.

The other occupants seemed to be a lot of construction workers. They were very noisey and inconsiderate of other occupants at 6am. Some children in adjoining room were very noises at night until about 12am. Parents should be more attentive to their children and have respect for others. I finally left at 2:45 am being I wasn't going to get any sleep. Other than these 2 my stay was very nice.

Everything. The staff was very kind and helpful. They were thorough and did a very good job. The room was comfortable. I like a mini fridge and microwave as well as a hairdryer. This hotel had all of that. The breakfast patio is darling.

The breakfast. It was dry. There weren't any biscuits but plenty of gravy when I came in for breakfast. Quite a small space for the amount of people in there at one time.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub looked great, but I did not try them out. My only criticism is that the included breakfast could be improved by adding to their hot dish offerings. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy both days that I stayed there. I would have liked bacon or a hot potato dish at least one day. The biscuits were ice cold, however they did have coffee, juice, muffins, fresh fruit and yogurt. I would stay here again.

Everything was ok, and I would stay here again. My only suggesting for improvement is to include more hot dishes in the breakfast and maybe have heated biscuits to go with the gravy.

Didn't have chance to enjoy breakfast due to little sleep bcuz of 2 men in next room having very loud, angry conversation. Had adjoining door so sounded like they were in the room with us.

Our neighbors in 117 were very loud & very agitated with a recent girlfriend incident & something at work. Lots of 🤬 words flying & seemed drunk. Had to turn up volume on TV. This was scary & lasted from 10:30 to 2am. Too afraid to snitch that they may have retaliated. Next morning saw them in parking area & they nodded good day. Don't think they knew their voices sounded like they were in room with us.

Everything went very well for our stay. WE like this location since we never have to worry about our fur baby being let out of the room. Breakfast is nice and you don't feel rushed or get stared at if you might want to eat little more than others.

Unfortunately there was a time that we were needed to be somewhere early in the morning and the female attendant was late opening the breakfast area. That was our only problem.

Would have liked fresh fruit during breakfast. Again, there were loose strands of hair in the bedding, I'm not sure if it's from the housekeeper and just gets stuck because of static or what, but when I untuck the bed and turn down my sheets, I don't like seeing a long strand of hair.

The breakfast was great to get your day started Lucas was very attentive the housekeeping staff and maintenance crew rocked made my stay a pleasant one and the desk crew were very accommodating thank you

The tv could of had local channels instead of all movie channels the Roku should be eliminated not everyone has an account with the service
