⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay at Hotel Palme! Hotel Palme in Monterosso was everything we hoped for and more! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and train station, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The room was a great size, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were truly the best we’ve ever encountered—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A huge thank you to the management for going above and beyond to make our stay perfect; your attention to detail did not go unnoticed! Breakfast was excellent every morning, with a great variety and fresh options. The bar was also fantastic—special thanks to Nana for her warm hospitality and her amazing limoncello spritz, which quickly became our favorite drink of the trip! We can’t recommend Hotel Palme enough. If you’re visiting Monterosso, this is the place to stay!

Walking distance flat street level directly from train to the hotel, breakfast plentiful and included. Staff super friendly!

Bathrooms are a touch small, while I understand some European countries and their bidet, I think forfeitting the bidet, replacing that space with a larger shower would have been better use of space. No towel hooks, yes the heated elements but for a quick hang your robe, towel or handtowel... a bit more shelving space for toiletries other than the small glass shelf under the mirror and for some reason our bathroom did not have a toilet paper roll holder. Beware of your first "session" as the TP is stuck at the top of the heating element across from you when you first come in 😉, plan ahead.

You can’t beat the view from our room and balcony is sizable. The rooms don’t have modern amenities, but it was clean and location, location, location was magical as you are few steps from famous El Gigante sculpture. The grounds are pretty and the breakfast was decent since included in price. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating us with an early arrival and we reserved our parking spot before arrival which is critical for that area. Overall would go back and did recommend it to others who were all there for a wedding and chose to stay on longer.

Bathrooms are old

Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room larger than expected with a nice bathroom. The location of this hotel is excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast which had more than enough to satisfy my picky teenager. There was even soy milk for my coffee. We also appreciated amenities like a laundry service, which is well worth the cost, and large towels we could take to the beach. Excellent and friendly staff and perfect location. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Palme and I will stay again if my travels take me to the Cinque Terre. It was an easy walk from the train station. Staff is wonderful! Lobby was nice and many guests were hanging out together there in the evenings. The room we had on this stay was updated with a new bathroom. Room was a good size and bathroom was great. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

Although our room seemed to have been an upgraded one, the bedding wasn't that great. Breakfast was good but the coffee machine was broken so all there was to offer was "American" coffee. Which was ok but it would have been great to have a cappuccino.

Traveled here with my Dad. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They even let us keep our bags in the back office so we could spend another day at the beach before moving on AND they gave us access to a bathroom with shower to clean off the beach and change clothes. The room was cool thanks to the AC, clean, and comfortable. We had a double with 2 twin beds and that’s all we needed. The breakfast buffet was big and really yummy with scrambled and hardboiled eggs, lots of fruit, breads, meats, juices, cheeses, cereal, yoghurt, waffles, and pastries. All beyond our expectations!

The door to our room wouldn’t shut from the outside without the key. This just made closing it a 2-person job if one person left the room and wanted to leave the key behind for others still in the room.

Perfect location, very clean, there’s an elevator, parking & breakfast was phenomenal! There’s something for everyone. There’s also a wine bar for the evening.

The beds were firmer than we like and the pillows flatter than we prefer. Those are personal tastes. The bathroom is small and lacked storage space. You have to give your key up when you go out and ask for it back. We didn’t have any issues at all. Just FYI.

Everything! From the moment we checked in, Emma treated us as if we were the only guests. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to add another night to our reservation and she went over and above to accommodate us. She is a gem! The location was perfect. Just steps to the beaches of Monterosso, but secluded and quiet. The courtyard was a peaceful oasis, where we enjoyed cocktails from the bar. The breakfasts were unbelievable! The best we had in Italy. Hopefully we will return to the beautiful Cinque Terre and the Hotel Palme.

Nothing

Location was excellent, couple of minutes to the beach, easy walk to Train station. Balcony was nice to have. The outside garden was perfect to chill out in. Staff were very good and cheerful We would stay there again.

Bathroom was small. Breakfast was just ok, if breakfast was busy items run out quickly, but the staff did their best to cope.

Very short walk to the beach. Beach towels provided by staff. Very friendly staff. Good sized rooms and good shower. Great courtyard area which was in the shade and perfect for relaxing between activities and exploring cinque terre.

Bedding wasn't fantastic - but clean and staff provided extra pillows upon request which definitely made it feel more comfortable.
