I didn't use the breakfast and I'be been there for one night only. It's important to bear in mind that it's a three-star hotel, so OlI really don't understand those that complain like the they booked a Ritz. It was good and comfortable, the staff was welcoming and friendly, everything went smooth so all was up to the expectation.

Only slightly negative mention I can give is that I had to call three times at around 10:00 am to get someone at the phone, but I wouldn't consider it such a big problem, the time was the one of the room set-up.

The hotel is small, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room facing the inner courtyard, in particular, is extremely quiet.

The common areas are a bit cramped and not very accessible. The breakfast is quite limited and not worth its price, and the breakfast room is small. The location isn’t particularly convenient for getting around, but the surroundings are fairly peaceful.

-While it isnt far from Centrale F.S that gives you access to most of Milano and/or both ways towards airport, its located in a very odd area that doesnt give you a very good impression(the pic of rooms are pretty accurate but not that of the area) - The wifi keeps cutting off so I did have to use my own mobile data

All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was sufficient, a good choice of food. There are a number of Chinese and a very good Japanese restaurant nearby. The metro is about 3 mins away and convient to get into the centre of Milan and other places. Private car park for guests

The room was clean. The breakfast was good with a variety of products and good coffee! The hotel is located near metro station and tram station which you can use to visit the central of the city. The staff was very very polite and willing to help you in anything you might need. An overall good and value for money experience which I definitely recommend.

Everything was great. The staff is smiling, the room is clean and comfortable.

The downside in almost all hotels is that there were no slippers. The floors are made of broom and it is accordingly cold, and it is inconvenient to constantly move around in outdoor shoes. The room had a heating system, but, unfortunately, sometimes it was not working good enough, and the room was cool. I won’t say that it was cold, but at night I had to wrap myself in a blanket

Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, good location, very reasonable price. Just a suggestion for the owners: a breakfast/dinning area could be made available for the rest of the day. I would gladly pay for a coffee in the afternoon and could use it to sit down and perhaps chat with other guests in the evening or read a book.

Cosy and clean hotel. While the interior design has not been recently updated, all the furniture and equipment in the room are in excellent condition. The cleanliness of both the room and the hotel, as well as the generous room space, definitely contribute to a higher rating.

Perhaps the room could benefit from improved sound insulation

It was clean, room is big, bathrooms with all amenities , had a good breakfast ( a wide variety - even if I only took my cappuccino & a croissant because I usually don't eat a big breakfast . They have friendly & accomodating staff especially Rosalia at the reception. It's a small hotel but it has everything that the traveler needs. Above all, a private parking space is important for me because street parking is dangerous.
