Very nice and big room, clean and comfortable. Location in the pedestrian shopping street was excellent. Plenty shops and restaurants nearby. No parking, but you can park in nearby open parking places or garage. With motorbike we did not pay anything. Staff was friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good.

Hotel was hard to find by navigator since you cannot drive to the hotel.

The room was spacious, clean and bright. The staff Lorenzo and Annie were very helpful and accommodating. We had to check out early since we were traveling to another city. So, Lorenzo prepared our breakfast before 7.30am. We were truly appreciative of Lorenza and Annis for going out of their way to take care of our needs.

The hair dryer did not work

Although it's not in the old town, it's a good location on the shopping street and can walk many places including only 3 mins to Alt Benestar (excellent nerd coffee) and Caldea, which surpassed expectations. Underground parking very close by and hotel offers a discounted rate on that too. Friendly staff.

The location of the hotel is just at the main shopping region of Andorra la vella and is well connected with public transport (bus) - just 100 m walk. From the Main Autobus station, the hotel is a 15 min walk or just a bus away - Line L2, L4 for 1.9 Euro ticket (Cash)

Super great location – in the heart of the city. Malls, restaurants, bars, and hundreds of shops near the hotel. The room was quiet, very clean, and the furniture was of good quality. Everything was perfect!

The location was perfect! There was parking right up the block from the hotel door. The room was just right, and the bathroom was gorgeous.

The AC didn't get very cold. The shower water, when in use, got the floor soaked. That's it .. overall it is a great place for a quick get away.

Superb location, on a pedestrian street with access to a city car park nearby (get access card at the hotel reception prior to entering the car park). Plenty of restaurant options within seconds! Easy access to the "old city". Fast and easy check in. Small but very clean and comfortable room with its ensuite bathroom. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Overall SUPERB value. We will be back!

Excellent location, great staff, good breakfast, clean room.

Put two suitcases in the room and it's already congested. Hardly enough space to put your clothes in the wardrobe or pass by the bed. Someone somehow left TV remote settings on in such a way that on both nights TV went automatically on around 2 am.

Simple hotel, great for a short stay. There are many things to do around the hotel, great value for Money. Very clean and comfortable bed.

We liked it because of its location. Sort of in the middle of the Market area. All the shops are downstairs and able to walk to the mountain trails as well.

Excelence position nearby parking and Charlesmagne commercial street very helpful front office good breakfast, breakfast OK. .3rd time staying for us means the best recommandation.
