I liked the location of the hotel. Close to the beach. We were put in a suite wheelchair accessible because the hotel booked wrong the first night and the shower didn't drain, then we changed rooms and were close to the street, no ocean view like we booked? and the screen door didn't shut but they got maintainence up there. The staff was awesome and very helpful especially Juan, very nice.

The valet staff are the best! They charged my car every night even without me asking. I appreciated that.

My last night my TV had an error message. I called the front desk and was told someone would be right up. An hour later I called back and the young lady (Syria) I think was her name told me that there was nobody there to help with it. I told her the error and she said that is the hdmi cord and the told me to trace it myself. I explained I had done that. She then said well nobody will be here until morning. It was the attitude I was given by here. The I don’t care that you spent a lot of money to stay here… I’m not going to help you. I stay here about 4 times per year and this was just unacceptable.

Loved the location! Place was very nice and room was beautiful with the balcony view of the street and part of the beach. Valet were very very welcoming and super helpful. Whoever that valet was that attended me deserves a raise, due to his generosity and hospitality. The two ladies in the front were very nice and helpful. I did not get to experience the rooftop or other perks of the Inn but they all seemed great.

The older lady in the front that greeted me did not seem so welcoming and came off as rude to me. I noticed she did attend to other people and families in a better mood/attitude compared to me when I arrived.

The view was amazing. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The bar and patio on the roof was very nice and very accommodating.

The fact that it was valet parking only and wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the website or during booking. And the fact that I had to pay for it, I believe it should be part of it, but would rather have parked my car myself.

We loved everything! It was a nice romantic getaway for my boyfriend’s birthday and the staff was exceptional. Price was worth it for the room.

My only issue was that the shower didn’t have a door or anything to help the water. The bathroom floor was covered with a good amount of water after our showers which was unfortunate.

We reserved four rooms for the 4th of july took the family had a beautiful vacation the housekeepers were just wonderful so sweet and nice anything we needed was given to us great conversation with the girl down in the breakfast area it was just a wonderful stay

I don't believe there's anything you could have done any better we were so well taken care of

The food we ordered for dinner from the bar upstairs was awesome! Especially the Creme Brûlée and chocolate dessert cup. The regular food was really good to and well priced for the quality and quantity given. Kids loved it (which is important). The kids meals although not on the bar menu both came with vanilla ice cream (you can choose between a slider meal or chicken strips). The bartender was super nice and helpful. Plus, all we had to do was place the order, then go back to the room and wait for the food to be delivered (we could of probably called it in too). We did get an ocean view room (well worth it), the rooms were newer looking and stylish with laminate and tile floors, this was great as we were tracking in sand and didn't have to deal with a carpet. The beds were pretty comfortable and the team there was really nice and helpful.

Everything was great, nothing to dislike.

The hotel staff were very helpful at all times and very accommodating.

I made a special request and it didn't get done the first time I asked. I had to ask again before it was completed.

I was happy that we got checked in earlier. We had a baby so that was really appreciated. The rooftop is really nice.

I didn’t like that the front desk couldn’t look up our confirmation number for our rooms. I forgot that I put one room under my daughter’s name so it was very stressful for a few minutes.
